agree, commercial but scruffy too.
we didn't choose to go there, but our friends relatives had booked an apartment for the week, so that is why we went there.
wont' be rushing back there.

I know Best Western is just a normal run of the mill hotel chain, so he probably thinks he is getting better at that so called 5 star one.
