I can , but it tends to give me indigestion , so try to limit it ….Im going to try goats cheese , cos apparently that might do the trick …time will tell 🤣🤣

I like goats cheese and yes it is supposed to be a lot easier on the digestion. And as its quite strong, so you don't need much.

I always use goats milk for my coffee, tastes really good.
