yes couldn't give this pair anything too difficult

and a decent budget for a house where half of it has been done up already.

  I guess it depends how much they were going for when this was filmed...as at one time investors from south east were snatching them up....

just checked and there are quite a few for around there, 80-85k asking price, saying "ideal investment", so the investors are leaving. (thanfkully as it might get easier for locals to buy)...
