some awful places were selling for ridiculous prices round here in 2021...
at least she admitted he was right about the patio doors
and he got the ceiling right too....
a real nice design and finish on this renovation...he has done well...

yes those sort of companies have made a fortune the way properties went up in value
unfair again...the tradesman put with the completely unexperienced...
lucky for her, but bad luck for him...
