I’ll forgive you It was snowy here first thing â€Ķbut did get a very short walk in to local shop after it melted , cos I’d run out of milk â€Ķ.and it’s been sunny this afternoon

yes I have heard that bones can take a very long time to heal but do given time.

I popped onto Apprentice thread but was just too tired to join in.

Felt off last night, arthritis in feet so bad in the evenings, I felt nausea and dizzy, and my eye has been playing up again last few days. But this time I know how to bathe it and it has improved  a lot today. What a pair we are, with our feet!
