hope it has calmed down now.......I did hear North Wales had some flooding this morning...

we aren't as progressive as you here...we don't have bins, have to use plastic bags.

Yes, Ros said there was some flooding ! Wow , we’ve have wheelie bins …one for normal waste , one for recycling , one for garden waste …although we have to pay for the garden waste now .
