got the keys today

but instead of starting cleaning, we spent ages trying to work out how to read the meters and find the water meter, which involved MrM lying down looking down this deep hole, trying to see through the condensation of the damn meter!

Had to ring them in the end to ask which it was, she said "tell us the reg no" but he couldn't see that!

but she guessed which it was by the readings in the end.
