agree, we certainly wouldn't say no that .

did you get out for your walk today? It was dull and wet on and off here, feeling really tired, so didn't go out today

yes , found out its mainly after I eat or when I lie down, so am eating small meals and I didn't eat anything after 3.30pm last night.
