no I meant Bargain Brits as you said you thought Brits was a new series, so worth watching Monday (which I think it is, as this Series 9 seems to be either new people, or others carrying on their tale, that we have met only recently)...

No, it’s Sun , Sea , that’s the new series , but I’m easy either way . By the way , last weeks Brits was series 11 , so I think this is an old one

oh this is complicated as when I checked my tv, it said it was Series 8...

and the last 2 days it has said its Series 9..

well if its not you, its usually me or vice versa, but we always find something we enjoy watching.

as we are quick to turn off if we don't like it

don't think I have ever had condensed milk though, but don't fancy that either on bread.

🤣🤣🤣I don’t like milk full stop….only have it in tea ….although I do like cream cakes🤣🤣🤣🤣

why don't you think of trying a self referral to a NHS physio?

I found them very helpfull, (and dishy too!)

Son did this and they helped his leg too (old injury from broken leg, by a kid kicking him at school as a child)...

Not sure we can do that here …..but hopefully it will settle down again soon

quite expensive, but it does last ages though

they also do patches, which I used when my knee was worse than it is now.
