I use  Avon skin so Soft oil as it stops me getting bitten.

but have just bought a big sun hat and have a sun umbrella for when I have sunbathed enough.

I tend not to sunbathe these days cos I had a skin cancer a decade ago…luckily it was non malignant …but I ain’t taking any risks 🤣🤣🤣

....but try and get 10 mins of sun with no sunscreen, so you get your vitamins off the sun. x
