yes capitalism at its best...they are convinced if they spend money on "improving" their looks, it improves them. 
Seem to ignore the fact these "improvements" can go wrong. (as you must have seen on Botched).
that colourful shop is on one of the old Arcade shops.
the Arcades are nice, full of character type shops.

Not half âĶ..the two docs on Botched put the disasters right , and are brilliant âĶ.and often turn down people who want ridiculous things âĶ.like 2000cc boob jobs !

yes they have gone to a mix of places...that girl went to the old Arcade, some went to the nice big shopping centre (St Davids) and looks like some went to High St places.
