How come these renovators can knock down bliddy walls etc with only 10, or even 15k !

it would need buidling regs for that room and that takes ages, as we had to do it for just a small extension. (some years ago)

we had that spray foam on our roof that previous owners had put in and we had to get the roof replaced!
