I bet they make money as it is an old show and they will have trade connections. I noticed the shows this week are dated 2022 and we know as were looking, houses were flying off the shelves then.

Yep, but only up until Truss tanked everything in October …so it will depend when they put it on the market …cos it crashed totally the end of the year

Depends if it’s a major structural problem …if it is they will have to call in a structual engineer

I think interest rates were due to go up soon anyway and she just pushed it along rather quicker than it should have been.

Yes this show all depends on when they go up for re-sale and how the market is doing during that time. In fact, the actual renovation seems to be secondary. (unless its a really bad one).
