It won’t cost me anything …well not tomorrow …cos I have a British Gas home care package , which covers my heating, boiler etc , and any plumbing .

yes but that wasn't Spain and was it off plan with up to 3 years to finish? !

It was off plan , but only about 6/8 weeks wait
