yes extreme sport like that is very aging.

my friends hubby is 50 and a mad keen runner, and he looks a good 20 years older than he is.

yes they showed you a photo at the beginning...

there may be 4 kids between them, 2 were definately their own

presenter said "their 3 kids", so I must have counted wrong in that photo we saw at the beginning.

although I remember they did say the shared 2 teenage kids
