Not wanting to start a row in here as this thread is Lals thread for all of us to enjoy the WC light heartedly but River rock had a thread in this forum a couple of weeks back ranting on about the French getting to the WC or some such. I'm sure that is what prompted Meaty's comment. As you haven't been around much you may not have seen it.

Speaking personally I am getting heartily tired of River rocks constant boring pro Ireland digs/rants/posts etc.

Veggie Burger, Irish fans are annoyed about how their WC dreams were ended, I'm sure not too many English fans will want Argentina to win despite it being 30 years later.  

Also, the thread about Bloody Sunday, did you care to even look at it and see what it was about? No I'll bet you didn't. You just looked at the title and used it as ammunition against me. I can't write in any thread without being badgered about something and I'm bloody sick of it. I came in here just to talk about the France v Uruguay match and look what it has escalated into with people making little digs at me. I'm fed up with it, what's the point of me trying to get my point across about anything if it just goes back to something completely irrelevant and not in keeping with the conversation in question.
