Brilliant, thanks Fluffy. It makes a good pasta sauce once you throw in a few mushrooms, onions and peppers, and I only need to count the pasta.

It's Phenomenal! Yeah, it's not one of their best efforts.
I've not seen the advert, I've come to the conclusion I don't watch enough telly!
evening all
hope the sunshine is motivating everyone today..
i just did the elle macpherson body workout dvd (really good) and ate some crunchy nut cornflakes for tea.
y'day i went for an hour's walk, before breakfast but then had a big fat bbq in the evening hehehe but it did include salad.
i find it easier to be healthy in warm weather (currently trying to resist the urge to drink wine outside though) and although it's hard work exercising when it's hot, we're more flexible for it

Morning all,
Had a good day yesterday, fruit and water, then a jacket potato and gammon for dinner.. and I have no wine left in the house and I refuse to buy anymore before thursday.. lol...
This morning I have had melon for brekkie and am taking doggie out for an hour walk as soon as the bloody gas man has been.. and he's late !!! ...
I felt really bloated last night after the jacket potato so I am going to try cutting back on Carbs for a while.. as I think its them making me feel sluggish.. does anyone else get that feeling ??

Bread makes me feel like that, which is a shame coz I really like toast. Went to Asda this morning they are doing deals on WW yogurts and Flora extra light spread in case anyone is interested.

I know what you mean about bread.... I think I last has bread 2 weeks ago... I just try not to eat it, cos if I want toast I will end up having 4 slices... and I will not buy a french stick.. cos it would be gone with a pound of butter !!!!!....

I used to eat them by the bowl, even when I walked to my friends I took a bag of ice to put in there freezer... I'm thinking back.. I was really skinny then too... hmmm, dunno if my teeth could do that now thou...
Maybe I will give it a try !!!

I think Fern Britton is looking very good on her weight loss according to this article in a recent newspaper - the pictures look really lovely. Take a look

WOW doesnt she look fab. No doubt all the people who think she has 'cheated' will be along soon to pull her to bits but I think she looks amazing and will have worked very hard to get to where she is at the moment with her new shape and size
Yay!! So glad I found this thread.
I joined weight watchers the week after Xmas, so far I've lost 56lbs Only lost 1lb this week and I was gutted. Everyone tells me how well I've done but I still need to lose a bit more.
I've read it all so far and seen some great advice and tips.
To everyone trying to lose weight, good luck

that is an excellent result tigi so BIG well done to you and long may your success continue though I have to say that I always found that it isnt the losing of the wgt that is the most difficult part, its the keeping it off/maintaining

Yep you're right, maintaining the weight is something I've never managed to do, yet! I'm determined once I lose it this time it's forever. It's bloody hard work losing it, I don't ever wanna have to do it again.
Well done Tigi, that is quite an achievement. I'm only on day three and I'm struggling, not because i'm craving anything but because somebody recommended having a drink of water anytime I feel hungry and all I want to do now is go to the loo!
