It takes approximately 2 hours for your food to fully exit the stomach, this is why it is recommended that you do not partake of any strenuous activity within 2 hours of eating.

Use a cash point and when it swallows your card and leaves you no money , hey you cannot buy food ..lol

I haven't been to blackpool
But have been to Scotland and loved it I believe it was Blairgowrie and famous for it's raspberries will have to travel up that way again some day as it was breath taking

i caved in and had dairy milk last night but i'll endeavour to be good today. my legs are killing from walking about on the beach yesterday so hopefully i've burned some calories off with it.

Another tip for better success. Don't try and change everything at once, especially if you feel you've got a lot of things to change. Small and gradual changes are more likely to lead to long term permanent changes. Large and immediate changes are more likely to lead to confusion and frustration and fewer long term permanent changes and even a sense of failure which could tip one into that downward spiral again.
And don't give up what you're striving for if you make the odd blip, just put it behind you and continue towards what you're aiming for.

For anyone who has ever wondered just what size of portion count as a portion for your 5-a-day here's some info. From the linked page you can also get a list of quantities for a whole range of fruit and veg (and no, 5-a-day doesn't mean you can get away with 5 peas)
