I know what you mean about being a crisp junkie and grazing. I will usually have a packet (or two Blush) while i am waiting for my dinner to cook

I managed my 30 minutes and 20 crunches (was supposed to be 50 but i think i'll split it Laugh)

Am going to have a packet just now and then that's it until 20th August

My mum and sister are giving up wine in august so i may extend until the end of august and make it 2 months. I need to to the same with coke zero but need to find somewhere else to get my caffine from cause i can't live with the headaches Blush

my SIL gets migranes from caffine so she only has caffine free coke in the house. I had a migrane on sunday from LACK of caffine after spending the weekend there Laugh

I'm sure! It took me some weaning time to cut it out, but it was worth it. And, the nice thing is that I can have caffeine occasionally without it doing any damage.

No I didn't join a club, I stick to 1200 cals a day.
Stopped drinking through the week, I just have a couple of lagers and a couple of vodkas with diet lemonade on Sarurday nights now.
The key to what worked for me is to stick to meals with no more than 5/6 grams of fat and check the carbs of which are sugars. I try and stick to things with less than 6 in of those. I swapped bran flake/ corn flakes for weetabix because they have far less sugars in and if you don't use the energy up, the body stores it.
Fill up with loads of veg and salad, make sure you eat enough, otherwise your body will go into store mode and it's much harder to shift the weight.
One last tip I've found that helped me more than anything, throw the darn scales away. They can be wonderful when you lose 3 or 4 pound, but the devil if you have not lost or gained a pound. Try and weigh yourself every few weeks, and when you find you've dropped 7lbs it really gives you the boost you need to carry on.

Hello Gorgeous Ladies

I have had a good day today ...I walked into town before and home ate nothing all day ..

I know ...I know thats bad ...
I was going to treat myself to a subway 12" for tea ...then *beer* lol
but I went Gym and had another hour workout ...
sweating like a big fat pig Blush Blush next to the toned gym bunnies...lol

I had some good news today and was planning on getting some cans of stella with my sub,
as I have just sweated and worked myself hard Im not wasting it on drink ..lol
but I wont Im going pictures tonight to see Public Enemies , Jonny Depp film instead ...feel proud not to of hit the drink ..Wink

Im having a hotdog and small diet coke tonight ... Thumbs Up
