Yes, I agree, when I lived in DC the clothes sizes were only 1 size different.
When was that. A while ago or fairly recently?
I lived in Manhatten a while ago but my O/H often brings me clothes back from the states when he is there on business ... tho I prefer jewellery Laugh

Did my 100 repetitions on the exerciser this morning. After my 'cooling down' period I had a cup of tea. When I got to work I had a fat free yogurt and more tea. (142 calories so far)
Around 1pm I had a roll with tuna and sweetcorn filling and the inevitable cup of tea.(465 calories now) Another cup of tea around 3pm and 2 yogurt bars around 5pm with a further 2, and tea, at 6. (so that's 780 calories we're up to) Have since had a choc ice and a cuppa, so today's tally so far is 935 calories. Not sure how much else I'll be having today, so I ddon't know if I'll have any spare calories for you today Mike. Wink

Right, well I don't know why we're getting conflicting info about the sizes. Was wondering if it might have to do with the UK upsizing (or is it downsizing) their sizes a few years back.
i.e. the size 10 that I wear today would have been classed as a size 12 when I was in my teens and 20's. Smiler

I have a size 10 skirt from back then with a 22" waist. Today a size 10 has a 25" waist. Eeker

Afraid not Cinds it is a version of Doritos which is free on green days, get some sheets of dried lasagne and put into pan of boiling water leave til just soft wipe them til dry and cut them all into Dorito sized triangles spray a meat tin with frylight and lay them out on it than spray the top of them and sprinkle with salt,and/or garlic or chilli powder put into hot ovenwhen the top goes crispy turn over.
it takes a few goes to get it right, but you can flavour them anyway you like, and they keep for ages in an airtight container.
Sounds a bit complicated but only takes a few mins . Good luck hope you give them a go

Doing the wii fit every night after we put the babies down. Doing over an hours actual excercise though it takes longer so the whole night really with a break for Big Brother when SKY is working. Have a wii age of 29 !!!!!!! which I can tell you is not my age so i'm a happy bunny.

Still got a long way to go before I reach my ideal weight but I feel better for making a start. I have two lots of baby weight to loose. My youngest is 7 months so breastfeeding is also still a factor and I find it very draining as he is a hungry boy but I do feel the excercises are giving me more energy.

Thank you Yogi for doing this thread as it did help give me a kick start. Valentine Angel
