Laugh at Mike and his crisps... hope you eat something else nutritiuous today.

I have had a terrible weekend food wise, have to get back on course tommorrow.

went with the family for tea to Pizza Hut, thought I was good having salad, but couldn't resist the mayo and pasta with it , then sharing a banofee pie, and finally just eat a bag of cheesy chunks from M and S. Eeker

the only good thing is, I have done loads of walking today.

Hope you weight losers here have done better than me this weekend.

I think it's harder to behave on weekends than during the week.... I can get into a rhythm during the week in terms of when and what I eat. Not so much on weekends. Frowner

But, we struggle on, huh? Smiler
Lori
Right:-

My monday morning weigh-in was 9st 10lb.
However the chart I've got here says that my ideal weight for my height lies between 6st 9lb and 8st 7lb, so I've got 1st 3lb to lose just to reach the TOP of the range.
(A couple of months ago I was 10 st 4lb. According to the chart that was teetering on the brink of obese. Eeker )

P.S. I was 7st 12lb for years and years.

It's all hubby's fault! Laugh

No, don't worry, there is no need to reveal your weight...EVER!
And yes, its perfectly OK to start off by eating less and exercising a bit more. Valentine

PS I would probably not have mentioned my weight either if it had been significantly more. Smiler

Cool, TiGi! He does such great work with his Foundation. I'm looking forward to the ride--they give cancer survivors who finish (either the walk, the run, or the bike rides) a yellow rose. I'm not a cancer survivor, but I'm guessing it's going to be an emotional finish....

Laugh Mike.... I think that to look for a loss of 3 stone in 8 weeks is a bit too ambitious.

But good luck on losing some by the wedding. The thought of those pretty bridesmaids could be a good incentive for you. Wink

Thanks, fairy. I would have been terribly underdressed. Wink

Mike: wouldn't it be lovely if we could share collective calories and ALL look good? Or, transfer our extra poundage to someone in need? Smiler

Managed a few more calories before bed, but you can still have about 500 Mike. Laugh
Already had about 150 this morning, and don't worry, it's healthy calories, not like a Mars bar or anything. A nice strawberry yogurt and some tea.

And I do 5 to 10 minutes on the exerciser every morning. I should be really fit, but because I have a fairly sedentary job I'm not as fit as I'd like to be and once was. Although I think I'm still fitter than a lot of people these days.

Problems with clothes:-
My difficulty with clothes is that I vary in size accross my body and that I have a long back, but shortish legs. I got a couple of tops from the 'petite' range, but by the time they've covered my back there's hardly enough length left to tuck in so I have to get the regular length, but then the sleeves are too long. The salmon was so tasteless that my insides have almost ignored it and are suggesting that they'll be wanting sustenance again shortly. Laugh

*sigh* this happens to me a lot....
too bad all the stuff that makes it TASTE good is bad for you. Wink
