Only way I can seem to do it QOHT is to log out and in again... sorry.... or clearing cookies seems to help for some people.

you need to clear your cookies Queenie - which browser are you using?  IE or FF or GC?


not that I can remember how to clear them but I know that's what the problem might be

I'm on IE Pengy. This has happened before and Fluffy sorted e out really easily but I can't for the life of me remember how.

I only know how to do it on fire fox 

If you can see an option at the top of your page that gives you the option of 'Tools'  then options you should be able to clear your history and this should help   hopefully someone who uses IE can explain it better.

On IE go to TOOLS> Internet Options. In the 'Temp Internet Files' section click the button to delete cookies or files or both if you so desire. Make sure you have your log on details for important sites though.

In the hints an tips forum theres a fix for IE users that overcomes some of the display problems - if you haven't already done it.

I think it has something to do with the eye on the bottom task bar.......sorry if i'm wrong...
