I emailed them too El Loro and haven't heard back yet.
I thought when I flicked the switch in the SIT at midnight last night that I had broken it as it threw me off

The forum isn't yet fully back to normal.

Crowdstack is aware that the calendar of birthdays is missing at present but say that it will be back

Typical: the first time in weeks that I have both the opportunity and inclination to access the forums early in the morning, and all I get is "Danger, Will Robinson!"

So sorry about the issue! It's been resolved...sort of, as El Loro says: you can see the site is back up and you should be able to post normally, but we've had to disable our calendar, since that seems to be the source of the problem. The developers are knee-deep in code and database entries trying to figure out what's wrong, and once they've figured it out and fixed it, we'll re-enable the calendar.

In the meantime, I think everyone should help themselves to some birthday cake.

Thanks Lori .....you know how we panic when it’s down .Having said that , it’s been a couple of years since we’ve had a big outage like this .

I wonder if the problem was caused by the birthday list trying to look for the non-existent 29th February (there was one last year being a leap year)
