Yes, he clearly was not happy with the incident, neither was Nikki Lauder.
If that report is true then Rosberg should lose his points for that race and the FIA should consider a further sanction for the next race. Deliberately attempting to end another drivers race is not acceptable on any level to use a popular phrase today.

I suspect it may happen anyway, there is a rift and I doubt they can close it. I've not been keeping track of who is going where or if anyone has committed to a team or not but if Alonso decided he wants a move then that may trigger Mercedes into action.
