For entertainment purposes they should supply them with plenty of spirits and not just cheap lager, cider and wine.

I think BB tend to take a more realistic/sympathetic view of things in the Big Brother house - rather than those that want rules invented to hurt specific housemates that they do not like.
For instance, last Sunday night Big Brother asked Karly to keep and eye on Sophie and make sure that she did not dehydrate.
