Considering some managers sit in the stands anyway. I've never really seen the point of a touchline ban. Why not introduce a ban from the Stadium,

It's another one of those rules RZB where technology has moved faster than the old farts at the FA. In the old days it probably was a handicap but nowadays they just communicate by mobile with the bench.
They really should make it a ban from the stadium for the duration of the game - and not allow the bench to have mobiles.
That'll teach em!!

Nani is an absolute prick. It was a bad tackle yes, Carra should have seen red yes. However Nani is a hypocritical little b**tard.
"I don't want protection. I just want the referees to be fair.
If referees were fair you wouldn't see an entire game out you diving little prick. Also as for his 'miraculous recovery' he has a small cut on his leg hardly anything remotely Lazarus like about it. Never mentioned anything about Rafaels tackle.....hardly a legitimate tackle.

The FA are obviously trying to show now that they finally have a backbone, they are a joke and still nothing about Dave Whelan's rant accusing them of bias?
Anyway glad that United made it through despite the injuries to Rafa and Sheasy, bravo Chicarito!!. Rooney looks in form despite not scoring, delighted Inter got through too.
Sad news about Bryan Robson having throat cancer, hope he recovers soon..

Bayern seem to have a problem with the whole "playing till the final whistle malarky"
Good win for the kids at Anfield too
Aye.... get well soon Robbo

PMSL Fulham are having a Michael Jackson statue outside Craven Cottage.
i heard that darlo..........wasn't sure if it was a joke!!!..........and to echo the thoughts on bryan robson.......hope he gets well soon and recovers completely
Good old classic Mirror... write a story about the "new messi" that arry is after.
The thing is... the player doesn't even exist

LOL Meaty, they could easily create the next Aguero and create the similarities to his father in law Maradona.
Hope both Eric Abidal and Bryan Robson make good recoveries.
As for Abidal, what a difference a few days make. The other night he was an absolute rock against Sevilla, now this...

Copenhagen - poor strip.
Look like liquorice allsorts.

I'm watching Real Madrid because there's actually something to play for in this game. As if Chelsea are at risk of losing a 2-0 lead at home to the mighty Copenhagen.

Copenhagen have already hit the post. It's far from over.
What the f*ck was that minutes silence all about They couldn't stay quiet for 60 seconds...

It was for Japan. All CL games have it now. Disgusting lowlife chavs in the crowd couldn't keep their gobs shut for just a minute.
I know it was for Japan, what I meant was did they even let the crowd know. The same happened with United v Marseille last night.
They could hardly miss it, it was all over the big screens and announced beforehand.

Luckily that was the highlight of their night!I just hope Chelsea are more clinical in front of goal come Sunday afternoon.
That was one of those games where you create one goalscoring opportunity after another and blow the bloody lot of them. Just well we didn't need a goal. We could have played all night and never scored.
Mincey I'd be worried if I was you. We were clearly under orders to conserve all our energy for Sunday. No goals allowed, all that celebrating takes it out of you. I really hope City don't park the bus on Sunday. I'll blame Mincey if they do.

Pretty easy for Real Madrid in the end. Benzema could and should have had a hatrick. Marcelo's goal was a quality move, assisted by Cristiano. Di Maria's was a classy finish.
I think you watched the right game Crunchy. Second half of ours was pretty bad.
Did they bring Torres on? I heard he wasn't starting.
They should start him against City. He's not going to get his first goal by sitting on the bench.

He came on for the last 30 minutes and looked as sharp as ever. Wise move to save him for City with the CL game more less won.
Not sure how Bobby will approach the game... if he parks the bus like he did at Arsenal but gets a draw the fans will settle for it. If he still manages to lose the game with a defensive approach though then it won't go down well.
Will wait and see how it goes, I think we will go out and attack like we did at the rags... but still lose the game. A draw would be a good result I suppose, don't hand Chelsea the full 3 points and keep the table the same.

Gutted... not arsed if its a mickey mouse cup, both legs showed we lack urgency and desire to win the game.
Well pissed off with Dynamo, diving left right and centre One of them even went off on a stretcher, got straight off it when off the field and ran back on.

Sounds like you deserved better Mincey. What an idiot Balotelli is. Great player but total plonker.
Totally agree Prom... he cost us the game, its hopeless trying to defend him. He didnt need to raise his foot, no idea what was going through his head. It was right in front of the ref and fully deserved red.
Mourinho knew what he was on about when he said Balotelli is trouble, a talent he is but also a liability.
Another one of Mancinis "mates" pisses it up for us... Vieira and Brum and Balotelli put us out the Europa League.

Thinking about it, it's probably better for you to have less games now anyway. Better chance of a CL place without having to worry about the Europa League.
Not sure, its still good to win any silverware.
The upside is that Mancini and the players can now stop complaing about there being too many games

I thought you were going to win the Europa till you slipped up in the first leg against Dynamo. Liverpool are currently struggling at home against an awful Braga side. They're about 22 minutes away from no 'Special European Night At Anfield' next season
I think Liverpool will clinch a late one, I rather see them go on to win the Europa league then Dynamo fookin Kiev
I think I've just found out what upset Balotelli prompting his kung fu kick and subsequent dismissal
Edit: it didn't work for some reason. Let me try posting the address...
