Rumours knocking about that its something to do with Ashley Cole... the last time they said "big story" is was another f*cking article about Inter going after Bale
Edit:
"ENGLAND ace Ashley Cole shot and wounded a 21-year-old student with a high-powered rifle at Chelsea's training ground."
It was a member of Chelsea's sports science team and also a fan.

Their front page? Ashley Cole accidentally shoots someone with an airgun.

my mate whose a gooner sent me this stating she 'didn't know robin van persie could sing'......
Interesting to see Rooney elbowing someone in the face, no red. The ref didn't see it despite gawping at it. Retrospective red and three match ban for Rooney? Not a chance.

Wrong... its quite clear that McCarthy headbutted Rooneys elbow. 2 match ban and a hefty fine for McCarthy
Daniel Sturridge:
4 goals in 4 Premier League matches for Bolton so far.
Can someone explain to me why Chelsea did not give him a start in any League game pre-transfer window, this season? Yes, they had a cracking start from the first 6 games; but when mediocrity set in; why was he not given a bigger opportunity?
Hopefully if either Drogba or Anelka (or Kalou?) leave at the end of this season a better chance will come his way...

He's had plenty of starts and hasn't impressed due to being far too eager to the point he refused to pass and kept shooting randomly when he was anywhere near the oppo goal. He doesn't have the same pressure at Bolton, he's not fighting for a first team place. He's relaxed and enjoying his football. hopefully when he comes back he'll have matured a little and will handle the pressure of competition with world class strikers a bit better.

Although it can be easy to look at these things with the benefit of hindsight - and i don't actually recall anyone crying out for Ancelotti to start him - i just wonder if a little more adventurousness could have been used regarding team selection at times.
As you say - hopefully next season he will make an impression.

Sorry I meant he's had his chances you're right he hasn't actually started games but like Kakuta when he plays for us he tries way too hard. He's scoring now because he's relaxed and he's scoring against PL opposition which is excellent for him (and for us).
West Ham v Liverpool is a great game. West Ham aren't giving them any room and are well up for it. Gerrard is reminding his players of The Liverpool Way by diving all over the West Ham penalty area. The ref isn't having any of it and as Sky commentators have said Gerrard should have been booked twice for diving and been sent off but he gets away with it every week so no change there.
2-1 now, Liverpool got one back. 5 minutes plus injury time this is a great game.
Edit: 3-1 West Ham lol f*ck off Liverpool.

It just got worse for Liverpool - Carlton Cole is on fire!

Hammers seem revitalized recently.
They were much the better team in that game velvet. I can't see them staying up though they've left themselves with too much to do.

Goooooooolllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!!!!!!
Never seen the game but by all accounts we were pure shit. No excuses, the prospect of relegation looming seems to give teams a bit of fire in their bellies.

Nice finish...
1 - 1.
1 - 1.
Disgraceful refereeing from Dein. Brum denied two blatant penalties. Arsenal should be 3-0 down with 9 players and instead it's 1-1. Absolutely shocking from Dein.

Totally agree Prom

Not a bad result considering we had no creativity... screwed without Silva. I still think we will finish 3rd this season

Me too velvet. I'd hate to see an English cup final completely ruined by bent/incompetent officials.
Not sure what went on at the end... something happened when Hughes & Mancini shaked hands
Martins!

It was an entertaining game though. Even though I backed Liverpool at 3/1 win/win I still enjoyed it. By the look of Gerard's midriff, he doesn't have any fire in the belly, but he may have had a lot of beer in there.
Thrilled for Birmingham, commiserations to Arsenal though but what a clanger at the end just near potential extra time.
Wanted Liverpool to win today because West Ham losing would have benefitted Albion, however WHU were the much better team so deserved the points. City dropping points, still think they will finish 3rd but this season is unpreditable.

Sorry Veg!
A surprisingly good cup final! Despite the nature of that winning goal and the pressure that Arsenal applied from just after the hour mark; Birmingham deserved their win!
Where does Ben Foster rank in the current England pecking order?

I liked Ben Foster when he was at United but no chance he was going to be first choice ahead of VDS, however he's really showing his potential at Birmingham and made some brilliant saves today well deserved MOTM!.
commiserations to my matey veggieeeeeeeeeeeeeee.........
an absolute monumental cock up for the winning goal....

I think Brum deserved to win it because of how Dein treated them in the first half so I'm happy with the result. Sorry Veggie I'll be rooting for Arsenal against Barcelona on Wednesday night!

You say united like theres no other football team in the world who have united in their name. i know you're from manchester and in manchester theres only one united - well technically 2 (yes ive been doing my research) but outside of your cocoon that is manchester there are loads more uniteds.Add Reply
