shot...............definitely..........
Re: Tevez. I'm not sure it would be a good idea for anyone to buy him. Give him a couple of months he'll be crying about wanting to go back to Argentina again. If City don't get a CL place he's off.
Still! Enough about them. I'm turtelly interested in what will become of Andy Carroll.

He's an honourary scouser now. He's had enough trouble in the past without adding stealing hubcaps and DVD players to his CV. The future doesn't look bright for him imo.
AC will come good. Him and Suarez will become the most talked about strike force in the premiership..just you wait and see.
Andy Carroll's an old fashioned 'up and at them' striker. Not an ideal replacement for Torres I wouldn't have thought but pretty much exactly what the England team needs. Carroll and Defoe up front would be like an English version of Drogba and Torres. Skill and muscle is always a great combo up front and with Rooney playing just behind them they'll get all the service they need.
Suarez? Dunno. He needs to play a few full games before anyone can form an opinion on him I think.

Looks like Torres starts tonight.

Good
Torres has been dreadful... can't be arsed moving, poor touches and losing the ball.
Anelka is playing well.
Anelka is playing well.
Torres doesn't look interested. I'd imagine its him Drogs warming up for. Anelka having a great game
Just get Torres home. He's a liability.
Anelka off!! He is bound to be annoyed at that. Seems Chelsea is build around Torres these days.
A good result for Chelsea - 2 goals for... and a clean sheet... wooooooo!
Quite pleased also looking at the score from Blackpool

Comfortable win for us. Anelka was brilliant, Torres played really well, got into some great positions just needs that one goal to get his belief back. That will come now he's playing for a proper team.
Copenhagen: I don't know if we just made them look bad or if they really are that bad they looked nothing like the team that people have been talking up. No way will they score 3 at Stamford Bridge.

Oh, and cheers Blackpool we need all the help we can get at the moment (sorry RZB). Holloway will be going absolutely radio that Adam got another yellow and can't play when they play us

Harry looked pensive there
Torres played really well
I agree with the other part though... I think a goal or two will do the job. Not sure Ancelotti knows where to play him or who to play him with yet. He's certainly not afraid to change formo to fit him in.

Seriously mate he looked very dangerous just that last 15 he's lot his confidence and he linked up really well with Anelka. Two flair players feeding each other might be the answer for us though we'll really miss Drogba's physical presence in some games. As long as Carlo's not looking to find a way to play all three together I'll be happy.

stinking result for Spurs last night, Arry dishing the hairdryer treatment, Oh to have a centre forward that scores.
Nani should have gotten red there for going down holding him face like he was shot.

My god this Olympique Marseille vs Manchester United match is boring.
Surprised its only 0-0, both sides had a good go at each other.
i know ive only been following football for about 3 weeks, but the lack of quality from both of these teams is incredible.
The Fanni put Rooney off his game.

Evening all *waves*
I'm so childish, I felt like laughing everytime I heard the name Fanni.
I was actually listening to Arsenal v Stoke. I have never wanted to run onto the pitch and attack any team as much as Stoke - I hope they get relegated and keep on getting relegated until they find their natural level - a cage fighting league would suit them. How they didn't get booked for a lot of their 'tackles' is beyond me.
We've lost Fabregas and Walcott tonight. Add Mike Dean reffing into the equation and we don't have a hope in hell of winning the Carling Cup at the weekend.
