Turned out nice again! At half time it looked like we were going to be on the end of a drubbing. 1-0 down. To win 3-2,was tertal fantasy. We may even stay up!

Premier League - Papers: Inter eye Arsenal duo
http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/...eye-arsenal-duo.htmlThe story is a bit of an "ifs and buts" unsourced affair but the paper reckons that "Inter believe they can persuade Gunners boss Arsene Wenger to sell if the price is right," and add that "Wenger may feel the cash would enable him to splash out on younger, fresher talent in the summer."

Well done Lennon.
Quietly impressive job.
Should do well at Middlesborough.

Backed Tevez at 4/9 bless 'im and Bishy at 12/1 . They could have/of/'ave let his last shot go in. It wouldn't have made any difference.
Dreadful first 15 mins... City made Notts County look like Barcelona. Tevez & Dzeko partnership is starting to click. As for Vieira... he was dreadful, but the goals made up for it. Think thats only our 3rd goal this season thats come from a header.
Micah Richards has gotta be Motm, should get the call ahead of G.Johnson for England... he's been on top form recently.

Leyton with a late equaliser
Hmmm... having said that. I would like to see Arsenal go to the swamp. Not happy with the rags getting a walk in the park.

Orient deserved that imo. They did to us what we did to Barca - funny how that happens a lot to us! We had 60 % possession and didn't do enough with it scoring wise. Good on them.
Really pleased with Iggy. I've watched him with our babies for ages and he is a real talent and a lovely lad.
Well done Bolton too - Disley will be pleased.
Meaty - I listened to your game on 5live and Jimmy Armfield called it right at the start - that City would get a goal or two from set plays because they are so big and then would start to dominate.
Don't think that County deserved to be on the end of that scoreline though.

Dad wasnt too chuffed today apparently... he went on the match. My brother told me he got a warning from the stewards for swearing Apparently he was shouting f this f that about the ref. Some people about apparently complained and he was told to sit down or they will have to remove him.
Don't know what people expect when you go on a football match No swearing? Its no wonder the support/fans in this country are so sh*te... being told to sit down and shut up every 5 mins by a steward.
They said they had enough of east stand level 2 now, its very much "prawn sandwich" brigade area. We may look to move seats down by block 111/110. Quite a rebellious area... on the league games, where we sit there are usually away supporters. Its part of a hospitality area as there is the club bar behind. You can usually tell if their away fans... last season I remember some very sour Arsenal fans in front after our 4-2 win

There are many reasons for this. Too many corporates at games. Too many tourists who aren't really football fans at all at games. Too many 'real' fans completely priced out of going to football due to insanely greedy footballers and their obscene wage demands. Too many girls going to football now who find swearing offensive and 'unnecessary'. Nazi stewards who over-react to absolutely everything and have turned grounds into the kind of place you'd feel more at home in watching bloody tennis than football.
It stinks, for sure.
3-0
Mon the Hoops

it's almost becoming a robotic sterile game..................can't stand.....can't swear........players can't go scooby when they score......football for me is a passion......it's a passionate game.....i want the supporters shouting, screaming.and hell yeah swearing........if you don't get a decision you're not going to shout out..'i say ref.i think that was just a jolly awful decision you made there old chap'........yer gonna give him what for..
Well said spongey. Are you nervous about Tuesday? I bloody am . FC Copenhagen are storming their league and they've beaten Man U. It wouldn't be easy under normal circumstances but with our current form? They could well put us out
Kenny Jackett defending Millwall supporters actions
very nervous prom..............our season could be over in a few weeks silverware wise..and 4th spot is going to be a tough call the way we're playing......we've got utd x2.city and spurs to come yet as well............i think if we don't qualify carlo could be out.......but then who comes in?..would a top manager want to come to a side not involved in c/l football?.likewise players....
whatever happens i think there's going to be a fair few shipped out in the summer.....it's been a disastrous season considering where we were before the liverpool away game.but i guess sometimes you've just got to swallow the pill and look forward to the following season..
looking forward to seeing jesper gronkjaer playing for them....i thought he wasn't a bad little player for us......

Spotted a story today that said Abramovich may get Mark Hughes in at the end of the season
So... no away wins in the league at Fulham in like 20 years, but two away wins at Fulham in each cup competition in the last few years, including a win for Sammy Lee (which was obviously a rarity in itself). As they say, it's a funny old game...
One game away from Wembley (right or wrong as that is), which is where it usually all goes wrong...

I don't think it will come to that spongey. If it looks at any point like we're in danger of not finishing in the top four Carlo will be out. End. I'll feel sorry for him if that happens because at the moment the vast majority of our players to use the old cliche really really are not fit to wear the shirt.

That will never happen. Put your house on it
yep i think there's a fair few prom who just don't care enough.........and i also think there's a fair few who have become used to the success we've had over the last few years who are now sulking and not playing hard enough to put it right.....
i think the drog may well go in the summer.......plus mikel........maybe kalou and or malouda........and then the obvious dead wood.....p/f for one.......

Any Liverpool fans on here or for anyone interested, its Suarez saying goodbye to Ajax (Yesterday) Comes across as a total gentleman and an idol of the Ajax fans. They also sang you'll never walk alone to him.

Of course there is a bit more to footie nowadays than being able to shout, swear, and abuse cheats. We even had seven Lerkal players yesterday. An ideal football supporting scenario one would think. Yet we are lucky to get 14 thousand people at our games.
A lot depends on Ancellotti imo spongey. If he stays we'll keep the underperforming 'senior' players. The players previously called untouchables under JM who still are even now and really shouldn't be. Apart from the goal Lampard was a disgrace. I'm one of the few people who can't wait to be shot of him. Essien has been highly rated by all Chelsea managers he's played under and he can't pass to a blue shirt five yards in front of him. Drogba, I love the guy but his number's up for me. Kalou is a disaster waiting to happen in every single game. PF should never have worn a Chelsea shirt in his life.
I'm happy to fight for a top 4 place and hope we bring in a manager who will do things his way and drop (or sell) older players who just aren't doing it for us. It's still a disgrace though that this obscenely overpaid Chelsea team (we have the highest wage bill in the league) won't play for CA for whatever reason. I hate them all at the moment to be honest.

Is there? It must be great to have local players in your team. A reminder of a time long since past when football didn't equate to how much you spent on a 'key' foreign player compared to your rivals.
We've been pouring out local players, and selling them unfortunately.
r.r.................it won't let me watch the video...........i think suarez is going to be a great player for you though........
prom i think we need a no nonsense manager like jm was..........i remember carvalho mouthing off in the press and jose dropped him like a ton of bricks and slated him in the programme for his behaviour.........the players knew who was top dog then.....and it wasn't them..........
i know jm irritated alot of people but by god he got results..he got the players wanting to play for him.....for the club.....and that's what we need now too

spongey there's only one JM. Why do you think Man City who have more money than sense are still struggling with their plans to take over the world?
I am less worried about Carlo than I am about who his replacement will be. We must have almost run out of 'amazing' managers to replace the last one who wasn't amazing after all by now?

well that's nail on head prom........big players come with big egos...........jm kept them in line...........hughes struggled at city........scolari couldn't hack it with us.....
if carlo was to go i honestly don't have a clue who would come in......

In Carlos defence Roman seems to go about him own business buying players he wants no necessarily who the manager wants. I mean Torres was very much a Roman buy and now Carlo is faced with the task of fitting him into the team. Also, he has been left with a team majority of who are 28-30+ So its also previous managers fault for not rejuvenating the team earlier when they could incorporate young players in when they had a blend of youth and experience.

Bags of skill and pace β but often struck me as an under achiever in the blue shirt. I recall seeing Denmark play with him down one wing and Rommedahl down the other and thinking they looked an awesome attacking unit.

West Ham leading 2-0 in the FA Cup so far. They're liking the cups this year, must provide a welcome distraction from the league.
Good to see Vela score for the Baggies at the weekend too. I wish we'd get shot of Bendtner and keep Vela.
Ooh West Ham have scored another in the time it took me to type that
Green Fairy will be pleased, wish she was still here

A note on Gronkjaer: I remember well when he played for us. He had a bit of pace, a terrible shot and the worst crosses I've ever seen at CFC. Local airports warned their pilots if Gronks ever looked like he was about to cross the ball.
the thing i remember about jg is him scoring the goal that got us champions league qualification........for that he's a good lad..........
Tevez scored 50 goals for us now... I wouldn't sell him for anything under Β£100mil.
In fact, even that would be stupid as the money means nothing.

Yep, he had one great moment in our history, a bit like Wayne Bridge with 'that' goal against Arsenal. They're still both bloody awful footballers though
If I could have any other footballer in the PL it would be Tevez without a doubt. Always admired him even when he was a Red Manc.
Take a zero away and that would be my maximum bid... but then again i would apply the same method re. Torres!
Bloody monopoly money!
