It should be an interesting day out tomorrow. Charlton fans are attempting to have the televised match abandoned in protest against the owners. Our fans have their first opportunity to make their feelings known after the three days of rumour and bad feeling. I'll give you viewers a wave. At least if it gets called off I can return to KX and the Parcel Yard and drink mucky beer.
Good result for the Canaries but nothing to get too excited about. I don't think Man City can have any complaints about the outcome. If Norwich play like that for the rest of the season they should stay up. The thing is, there's just so many matches where they just don't turn up.
What is the referees decision when...
One footballer makes a two-footed lunge at another footballer, both feet off the ground and connects? With the referee being only a couple of feet away?
Answer , not even a foul
Andre Marriner(so called referee), you are a disgrace

Good resistance from Norwich yesterday - i thought Bennett and Klose(?) looked solid at the back.

and they should have got a second!
Yes indeed but Watford did give it their all and deserved to win, in my opinion
Is this the end for Wenger?
It always seems to me that when I have watched Arsenal live on telly, they never seem to put the effort in until they are trailing...
Just listening to Wenger being interviewed on the radio. It went like this...Your defence of the FA Cup is over, what do you think went wrong?
Well, they lost for a start, you der!
He didn't sound great in the post-match interview.

He's been running that club as a shareholder and not a manager for a few years now. I like him but maybe time is running out if they don't finish strongly
I think it's just a matter or when and not if Velvet
West Ham just scored a cracker

A man on 'borrowed time' CS

Lovely free kick
As Utd equalize. Come on the Hammers..
Yeeeeeey!
Looks like Forest have sacked Dougie Freedman after we stuck three past them on Saturday.
A most unusual day out - I didn't return till 23:00. Our manager walked on Friday and returned tonight. Meanwhile the team were a shambles at Charlton and the game was allowed to proceed only because it was on the tellybox.
On a brighter note I had a wonderful day out and as an extra bonus the train home wasn't dry!
Nice easy home fixture for you this Friday lol
Indeed! Most of our fans have written us off for this season. I have to say that I was praying for a miracle to stop us going up and we seem to have one. Though I wouldn't mind another trip to Wembley.

COME ON WEST BROM
Not tomorrow!
Blimey! That was stressful.
I gave up at half-time! It wasn't great & Hull were lucky to still have 11 players.
I'm watching a live soccer game on the telly...the commentator said "I think Dundee thought that they had this game in the bag"
Well, Mr Commentator.... Dundee United are playing Dundee
I was delighted with our second half performance against Charlton on Saturday. Carlos, seeing that the formation was not working changed it at half time resulting in three goals and what felt like a comfortable win in the end, despite the difficult first half.
BTW, well done Garage Joe on your late goal against Hull.
...and a quick shout out to Carnelian who must be delighted with the three points.
Just turned over to ITV to see Jamie Vardy score an audacious equalising goal against Germany.
Ger 2 - 2 Eng
OMG !!!
Could have won it, the goal at our mercy.
Ger 2 - 3 Eng
Why do programme schedulers seem to think that people in Scotland wouldn't be interested in an 'England friendly' match. Or are viewers in England not getting it either?
velvet donkey posted:It's on ITV London 973 on Sky, amongst the regional channels. Should also be on Virgin I'd imagine.
No Sky, only Freeview.
I see what you were saying in the other thread now. I would have thought the Scotland match would have been on in Scotland though.

Well, hubby's watching it, but it doesn't seem to be on terrestrial TV.
We're getting a debate amongst the Scottish political parties.
Scottish parliament election in May.
He should have at least taken a look at Mark Noble in an England shirt - the guy has had an outstanding season.
I'm watching on the tellybox, having made the mistake of thinking I had gout, we've discovered I had injured my knee. Had to pass my ticket and hotel to someone else!

Hope you feel better soon.
A 3-1 win should be a good fillip.
Huddersfield Town 0 - 1 Sheffield Wednesday
I am delighted with the result. Wow what a season we are having, even if we don't get promoted I will be delighted with it.

Well done EC. We are still on course to meet in the final!

It's defo a possibility, but I still think you will get automatic promotion.
