It's easier to say they have lost CS

Rafa Benitez Newcastle manager by the weekend?
Cold Sweat posted:Rafa Benitez Newcastle manager by the weekend?
Can't see it myself but you never know CS
One thing is for sure, the current manager is for the chop and PDQ too
A close run thing. Apparently the skunks have been sniffing around our er, head coach. After last night a considerable percentage of 'Boro fans would let him go.

How about Nigel Clough
Nope. I know who I want but he's way out of our price bracket and there's no way in hell.......
You have to tell me who it is Sprout, don't keep me on tenterhooks.
Rafa Ben.........like I said....pie in the sky
I may get my wish after all
He concentrates on defending though Donks. I'll take a point rather than none if it stops us going down
And anyway....I'm not supposed to be caring any more
Daily Telegraph reporter on the North East News says they need a manager rather than a head coach and that's what's gone wrong

Losing 1-0 to a moments lack of concentration, having two goals disallowed, hitting the woodwork and some decidedly iffy officals was the tale of yesterday. Mostly a frustrating day as we created enough chances to get a draw if not a win.
Still, I would have liked to have not lost to that scumbag Warnock, but that's footy for ya. Roll on Charlton next home game.
I'm sure i just heard that a player called Natty Nu Nu had just come on for SW quality name if true!
Very close CS. It's Atdhe Nuhiu, but we all call him 'Dave' !!

I listened to it for a while. The pen was a little iffy but the Pool could have had a hat full by HT

Okey Dokey
Are you happy with the manager change then?

Very. I never wanted McClaren in the first place, and the fact that he's come in as Manager rather than Head Coach......
We might go down, but I believe he'll give it his best shot and sort stuff out for us

I predict a new manager bounce and a result against Leicester.

Well, you would imagine they'll start playing for him cos they'll all be fearing for their jobs. I'd love him to put them all up for sale but not tell them who he's keeping
I'm not so sure we'll get a result against Leicester, but a good performance I'd be happy with Obviously it's not good if we lose but I'll take people even trying
That's us in the clarts then.

Away to the PL leaders for his first game "yikes"

I've just read the BBC news and it would seem rather unexpected. Something must have triggered it. I wonder if it's personal rather than club related.
Patrick Bamford starting a PL game - rarity! Hopefully he will make the most of this opportunity.
I'm just listening to Sheffield Wednesday at Nottingham Forest on the radiogram. Just taken a 2-0 lead through Hooper. So far it's looking good.
Oh Dear!!
Just got Barry Bannan sent off on 77 mins. Will we hold out for the three points? Nails may be bitten!!!

WOW!!!
Well would you believe it 3-0. I can't remember last time we went to 10 men and scored.

If our kit man fell into a barrel of t*ts he would come out sucking his thumb.
Lukaku just scored a brilliant goal for Everton v Chelsea followed by another good one. Now Chelsea have a player sent off
velvet donkey posted:I cashed out just before Everton scored their second.
I hope it was worth it Velvet
I found the Barry dismissal very strange.
Everton 2 up, not long to go. Barry booked a few minutes before. Kicks a Chelsea player, in Chelsea's half and gets a second yellow card
Wtf was that was that all about?
velvet donkey posted:Backed Everton. Now got a tenner double with Djackadam
Good luck with that Velvet
Erm...Djackadam???
I thought the Chelsea performance lacked bite this evening.
