That's the first time we've been to a Nottingham game under our own steam.
Lovely day out, two fantastic pubs, excellent food and beer, friendly locals, and a delightful city centre.
It was an exciting game. The only negative was the provision for away fans. It's never a good idea to have home fans in a tier above away fans and quite frankly if I had found one particular gentleman, same age as me, after the game, then there would have been bloodshed. The stewards let him get away with his disgraceful behaviour.

What's your opinion of TomΓ‘Ε‘ Kalas thus far, GJ?

Currently but exposed the unpredictability with a home defeat against Wigan in midweek.  7 wins in 8 and I should be gung ho for automatic promotion but past results suggest different.

Totally agree, I recall it happening at Sheff U and "allegedly" some of their fans took to launching bottles of urine onto the Wednesday fans below.

Away games mean that we have to get up at some unearhly hour. Imagine me having to get to Brentford, Watford or Bournemouth for 12:15.

Ahh..... so what you mean is that you are old fuddy-duddies, set in your ways, with no flexibility....and no will of your own!

Something like that. We are people who actually go to football games home and away and like to plan. Thus for example we buy our heavily discounted rail tickets in advance.
When the sock cookers at SKY change the game time on a whim it means we are fwarty poond down and we tend to have a whinge about it. I can see why this would make us look like old Duffy daddies but!

M'phone changed the term and I've left it!

Yes, you have my sympathies, Sky really are a bunch of sock cookers indeed. I just wish they had less power, but given they "own" football I doubt it will ever change in the short term.
