Just thought I'd pop in to say "thank you" to Arsenal for putting us five points clear of everyone else
Hmm thanks ...i think

I also agree with crunchy nuts about the appealing for cards/free kicks/penatlies.  Every team does it from pub to premiership (including City hoping he might even up the reds later on) and unless they do something like they do in rugby where only the captain can talk to the referee then I cant see things changing much.  Even then under rugby rules he was the captain and there were a lot of city players around the referee and there surely cant be any complaints that it was a red so its not like something was gained unfairly.  What does annoy me is that certain nameless British players and the likes can spend the entire game snarling and swearing at a referee and no mention is made of it but a greasy "foreigner" waves a hand and its the worst sin in football.

I was surprised at how well we played, I wasnt looking forward to the game and thought Adebayor would do his one good performance of the season against us.  Thankfully it didnt turn out that way, the sending off helped us a lot.  The score would certainly have been a lot different otherwise had he not brought down Chamakh even if he scored.  Hart looks like he is making a strong claim for that England spot.

Boro, another team whose fans I have great admiration for simply because they don't expect or demand success they just support their team through thick and thin. Recent (or new if you like) Chelsea fans disgust me. They complain all the time and God forbid we should drop points they go into meltdown. I'd like to have seen them on a cold and wet Tuesday night when we drew 0-0 with Carlisle when we were in old division 2. How long do you think they would have lasted? I expect your reply to be in seconds not years

You couldnt make it up 2-1 down against Wolves...

The game has been crying for Johnson from 20 mins in... in fact he should of been starting. Think the fans are getting fed up of Mancini taking this morale high ground crap. He got rid of Bellamy who was our second best player last season. Now it looks as though him and Johnson don't get on, I can't see AJ being with us next season. AJ came on around 70 min and we actually look far more threatening now. Barry is just way too slow and Richards is getting skinned.

RM has no idea what he's doing... even the commentator is going f*cking mental with some of his tactical decisions. 2-1 down and we take Adebayor off for Zabaleta?

Jesus f*cking Christ.

I couldnt care if Johnson raped someone... he has to start.

Total f*cking corruption...

Nani dives again in the area and handballs it. No yellow card...

Gomez sticks the ball down to take a the free kick... Nani just boots it on the spot into the net and linesmen flags, Clattenburg goes over to the linesmen. Waves all the spurs players away but allows Ferdinand to continue protesting that the goal should stand and he gives it I never seen anything like it... cheating ref and a cheating side. Chris Waddle even pointed out all these controversial decisions that go on with United.

Roll on derby day... De Jong will snap Nani's legs off Couldnt care about the 3 points, go out there, do a wolves and just give them all a good kick in. Few broken legs, torn ACLs and snapped cruciate ligaments.

Happy days

Gomez was an idiot. He decided it was a free kick and put the ball down. Even my 11 year old knows you play to the whistle (which never came).
Thought he was abit of a plank putting the ball down while Nani is stood behind him.

Still doesnt hide the fact though that it was a free kick to spurs and a piss poor decision from the ref. Nothing surprised me though about Clattenburg... last season he sent Bellamy off when he was taken down in the box against Bolton Got to be the worst ref in the league.

Rejoice! That segment involving Nani, throwing himself to the ground, handling the ball, pretending that Gomez tried to assault him to death, cheating (or using cunning as the apologists term it) and unsportingly kicking the ball in the net.

We have our new Ronaldo and I can only hope that he is still playing in a few years time when we return to the higher level so that we may heap foul abuse on him. It's what makes a saturday afternoon.

I know we don't have any United supporters on here but I bet the ones who go are a little embarrassed!

I'm really glad you got back up after that idiot Shearer sent you down . You'll be alright this year I reckon, playing very well.

Long long way to go yet. Normally Christmas is the telling time. What I'm frightened of is......too good for the Championship (and that was/is) a hell of a good league and not good enough for the Premiership
