Someone just text the radio and suggested someone for our new manager. Michael Laudrup. Not a bad idea I thought
Another FA cup no-show from Norwich. Every season, the same thing. Didn't even bother to listen on the radio today as it was a foregone conclusion. I wouldn't dream of going to Preston to watch City in the FA Cup.
League One Preston away, might look like a 'giant killing' to the detached observer considering Norwich were in the prem last season. However, to a Norwich fan with knowledge of their appalling Conference standard cup record the match had cup exit written all over it.
The club aren't bothered about the cups, they shouldn't enter them.
I think most football fans, the ones who actually go, have had enough of the media obsession with "giant killing."
That idiot Lawrenson proved that he knows nothing about football clubs outside the top six by claiming the Preston result was the first 'shock' of the FA Cup. Given Norwich's record in the competition, a 'shock' would have been a Norwich win. Anyway rant over!

He always bigs up Preston.
he played for them for three years.
Man City 0 - Sheffield Wednesday 1
Well it was great until 66 minutes, now seems like it's a matter of time before the dream dies.
Man City 1 - Sheffield Wednesday 1
Through the keepers legs. Still the keeper has played well this season.
Aww, a late, late winner from City.
Sounds like The Wednesday played very well and put up a strong performance.
A trip to the Blades will do us then!
A trip to the Blades will do us then!
Are you sure?
They have a good record in cup competitions over recent years.

I would have thought you would have wanted to avoid the Blades like the plague the way they are playing in cup games Joe
Or are you looking for an early exit to concentrate on other things?
Snap Moonie ^

The Blades seem incredible in the cups - yet can't get out of Div 1.
Anyone watching the Arsenal v Hull game on ITV - I am.
I think Arsenal need another goal to be safe in this tie.

82 minutes and that's it. If Hull get anything out of this game now I'll eat my underpants!

Very true CS
Which are your favourite away venues?
The draw is on at 7:35! Having had a good look. Bolton, Blackburn, or Sheffield away would do. In the unlikely event of Doncaster beating Bristol, then that would be nice too!
Looks like Norwich have parted company with their manager, who do you fancy Carnelian?
Middlesbrough at Man City
Can you do what we could not GJ?
At least get them back to your place for a nice payday and a home fixture.
GJ,
Next time your in Sheffield, try this. It's a man v food challenge.
OK, OK, OK I know that Nottingham Forest have not been on the best of runs of late, but I am delighted to bring back three points from the City Ground.
8th in the league, not bad lads.
Nice to see the Canaries come back to win away against the mighty Bournemouth when down to 10 men. Good start for the new boss I'd never heard of from the even less mighty than the mighty Bournemouth, Hamilton Accies
Swans getting battered
I'll not back them again after their no show at Anfield a few weeks ago
Also...good
Poor performance in first half.
Gift the opposition two goals.
Players shooting themselves in their feet!
Officials somewhat iffy.
A well worked equaliser... disallowed, for what? Wait's for TV replay tonight.
Rather frustrated and annoyed.

Yes. Not too down as we are doing so much better this season than I expected.
I'm not quite getting this Cellino saga at Leeds. If this guy is not fit and proper to own and run an English football club, then how come he only has to wait until April to regain the helm at Leeds?
Should he not be booted out of English football?
Just booked our rail tickets for the Sheffield showdown EC!
But meanwhile wish us luck on our trip to Manchester tomorrow. As long as we don't get humiliated.
