Ah, you mean our city rivals United. Yes, those trips are horrendous in terms of distance/time. Not so bad if you are planning a long weekend and can enjoy the areas.

How many away games do you do in a season?

Never any more than a dozen away games a season. It depends on whether it's easy to get to by train, then car, or whether we know someone to stay over. Our favourites have been Doncaster, Hull, PETERBOROUGH, Sheffield, Bolton, Dirty Leeds, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Peterborough, My SIL lives near Yeovil, friends at Oxford (for Reading and London) and we like Peterborough. Today I backed Arsenal each way 12/1. Peterborough to be promoted 11/5 and us 8/1. Although going up to the premiership would be a disaster for me. I hate it.

Here's hoping the game is as good as the atmosphere.

Half-time Wednesday 1 Rangers 0

Full-time Wednesday 1 Rangers 0

I'll take that in a friendly.

Always an interesting debate about how the Scottish sides would fair in the Premier/Championship. Personally I think the Premiership may be just a b it too strong and competitive. The Championship would be much more manageable for the stronger sides. The travelling would be horrendous, Imagine travelling from say Plymouth to Aberdeen or Inverness if they were in the same league !!

Just happened to have that game on the BBC MOTD repeat as I look at the thread.

Second goal by Norwich was a beauty, ball delivered off the side of the boot and followed by a well directed header.

Edit: We had Everton's Ross Barkley on loan, was sad to see him go. Too his goal well.
