Brentford
You got to fancy them in the play-offs though.
Who would you like to go down then GJ ?
Come on Dortmund.
The Spanish teams put years on me.
My feelings are the point they got against Palace yesterday may be enough to keep them out of it.
I'm a happy chap today. Got the points required to secure Championship football for next season. Just hoping it's not as tight of us next year
Doncaster is not a bad trip for you, but I'm guessing there is more to it than just the journey.
Not a bad old town is it. Let's hope it's a Saturday game with nice weather for you.
How did the crowd look from your end?
A few pictures from the Kop.

Will be interesting to see your pictures.
I forgot how crowded the trams can be as I leave the ground along the road which runs parallel - I park there. Although I have used the match trams and they are very crowded !!!!
Yes, I forgot there was a continental market in the centre this week. Did you try the crocodile burgers ?!?!? But it is good, seems to have everything. Italian, Belgian, German, French and Dutch stalls. I particularly liked the arrangement of the Dutch bedding plants. The smells all week have been great.
I use the Cafe Nero in the Peace Gardens because of the view.
Pleased you found Sheffield to your liking.
The Match
Thanks re staying up. For once we came out of the blocks with a bit of determination and fire. It was necessary to get a goal as I don't think we would have sustained that level of endeavour for 90 mins. I think JJ (Jermaine Johnson) was the driving force in the first half for us. We were all surprised he got a start after his injury against Ipswich. Clearly he could only play one half and we have missed him (creatively speaking). You will have to tell me about your team - I understand your manager blooded some of the younger players today - was that correct? I was pleased it was a clean game (I've seen some shocking teams and officials here this year). Still we can all relax now and recharge for next season..
Given that Arsenal and Spurs both won yesterday 3 points for Chelsea at Old Trafford today are essential!
Essential for my accumulator too.
Not a great game... but 3 points for Chelsea - PHEW!!!

sorry! not very good at this. If you want links to the originals then get in touch!
Whatβs your opinion of Josh McEachran after 38 League appearances for βBoro this season, GJ?
Rather like a young David Beckham, he has an amazing spatial awareness. He seems to know where everyone is or could be. Killer passes a speciality. Alas! Far too good for the divots on our team.
London (CNN) -- Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson is retiring after more than a quarter of a century at the helm, the soccer club announced Wednesday.
The 71-year-old Scot has managed the English club -- which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and has millions of fans around the world -- since 1986.
During his 26 years as manager, Ferguson has won more than 30 trophies, including 13 league championships.
Ferguson will bow out after the club's last game of the season, an away match against West Bromwich Albion, on May 19, a statement from Manchester United said.
Before then he will have one more home game at Old Trafford Sunday, against Swansea City.
It's not clear who Manchester United will choose to step into his shoes. Ferguson will join the club's board as a director and "ambassador," Manchester United said.
Announcing the move, Ferguson said: "The decision to retire is one that I have thought a great deal about and one that I have not taken lightly. It is the right time.
"It was important to me to leave an organization in the strongest possible shape and I believe I have done so.
"The quality of this league winning squad, and the balance of ages within it, bodes well for continued success at the highest level whilst the structure of the youth set-up will ensure that the long-term future of the club remains a bright one."
Ferguson paid tribute to the club's "players and staff, past and present," thanking them "for a staggering level of professional conduct and dedication that has helped to deliver so many memorable triumphs. Without their contribution the history of this great club would not be as rich."
He also expressed gratitude to his family and the club's many supporters, at home and abroad.
Will Mourinho replace Ferguson?</cite>
I wonder if the announcement by Ed Woodward the incoming new CEO at Manchester United that there was no need for more signings in the summer is a key reason for Ferguson's announcment.

That announcment can't have pleased Ferguson.
With Wigan unexpectedly losing last night, looks like Norwich have a lifeline. God knows they don't deserve it! Hopefully, beat the (nothing to play for) Baggies on Sunday and on to being royally screwed at Man City, but should be enough to stay up.
I should add that the football's been abysmal at Norwich this season and, IMO, Norwich are the worst side in the prem right now. Staying up will hopefully be catalyst to greatly improving a side that currently has 'championship' written all over it. If not, then Grant Holt should get a few goals against champs sides next season!

I hope they're all nursing end of season hangovers, worrying about STDs from lap dancers or pondering where to go on holiday.

With the way we're playing... I'd say you're in with a chance. We just played West Brom and were extremely fortunate against them. Then the game before that we lost at Swansea and again fluked a win against West Ham at home.
