He's not great, but neither is Parker or Young. Johnson having one of his better games though. If you replace Milner with Walcott, you leave the risk of leaving fullback exposed when Johnson gets forward.

It's quite simple... Rooney and Parker off, move Milner into the centre next to Gerrard and bring on Walcott and Carroll. Walcott is a natural winger, Milner is a box to box midfielder and Carroll will hold the ball up... which is exactly what England need right now.
