Would love Gera to come back, he was so popular with all the Baggies fans.

Nervous and hopeful of tomorrows game.. Barcelona are wonderful yes but they are beatable and United are a good side.. both sides have weaknesses, sure to be a interesting and close game.

McAuley has signed on a free transfer Darlo, it was announced either Monday or Tuesday in the Star.

Looking forward to tomorrows game, Barcalona are a lovely team to watch and Messi has to be the no 1 player in the world at the moment, but I still have a sneaky suspicion that on home turf so to speak, Man Utd will win the game.

Would also like to wish good luck to Abdoulaye Meite, Gianni Zulverloon and Giles Barnes and hope they all find clubs quickly.

Great to see you back PB. Really hope Hodgson tightens up that defence more for next season and adds more firepower, delighted the Albion finished 11th and have another crack at the top flight.. hopefully the club can build on it (come back Moonie).

Yeah good luck to them 3, was nice to see George Thorne's interview in the E&S about being given a chance to play.

It's good to be back Darlo, I've missed my footy chats with you all.

Roy Hodgson (or Uncle Roy as I call him!) has said that his main targets during the summer transfer window will be mostly in defence, with another goalkeeper also high on his list.  This I most definitely agree with as I am not the greatest fan of Scott Carson and never have been.  He is also looking for another striker I would think for back up.  I am sooooo pleased with the team this year, and to be safe with games in hand was a really strange feeling, I could really understand how people were feeling on Survival Sunday after being there so often.

Everything seems to be falling into place for the team, two or three good signings in the transfer window and we could do even better next season ~ who knows?!

Mascherano confirmed in the starting 11. This really swings it for me now. He's a great player but he's a liability at centre back from what I've seen. This makes Man United favourites for me now even with only a small percentage of possession and I've just put an extra £50 on MU because of this.

Interestingly Berbatov doesn't even make the bench. Owen does.

Is this CL related? I haven't got it on - not even sure if I want to watch it as I loathe both of them equally.

The sight of either team lifting the trophy will send my blood pressure soaring

Well Man Utd are a local team in London!!

We only live a bus ride away from Wemberleee, (Man U supporting) son disappeared early this morning. Unless he went into work to cover for someone then I expect he's been hanging out there all day.

From the sound there are definitely more Man U fans there

Well to be fair it's been quite the opposite so far. The MU goal was offside, Barca possibly should have had a pen.

Still think Man United will win though. They may get outpassed but Mascherano looks very uncomfortable at CB for me and Man United will get more chances and will probably take them.

You can't legally score with your arm so it wasn't offside (just seen the replay)

Ok now that is the final straw. Having to endure the pundit w*nkathon is bad enough but the fact that they comprise someone who makes Delboy look straight, a violent thug, a penalty bottler and Chiles takes it to another level

Bitter, moi?

It was his right foot that was offside... look at it again for yourself.

They were both stood on the 18 yard line, linesman would have been guessing to give it

Though linesmen aren't above tossing a coin for a decision

I'm not watching, plumped for the Speedway GP on Sky Sports 4, the constant build up today has got on my nerves a bit and also the only Derby worth mentioning is on after (Greyhound Derby) I decided not to watch Sir Jeff and co.

I prescribe a large glass of something alcoholic hun ((hugs))
