Unbelievable... season ticket details/info released today with this new membership system, the club are now selling loyalty points

It's hilarious but, United have just reached a landmark but all they can do is talk about Liverpool.

The banner has come down... im hoping a 43 years one goes up Theres nothing out there better to motivate our team than a banner stating how many years we go without a trophy.

We all talk about other teams... I wouldn't go this far though. Buying a ticket for a Liverpool game to stick a banner up?

My mate from work had a ticket for Eastlands to watch it on the big screen but ended up getting a call on Saturday morning offering him a ticket so he ended up going to Wembley

Step Son didn't manage to go but he is still over the moon.

I really think they'd do well in the Premier League. They're capable of handing a few beatings to some of the PL sides especially at home. If they do go up they'll probably need to invest in a bit of pace at the back, but other than that they look well equipped.

Nice goal from Pratley to finish Forest off. Rumour has it he's heading this way this summer, but that could change if they get promoted...

Swansea were the most entertaining opposition of this season.

Kicking off big time at the West Ham end of season dinner apparently... a player refused to give an autograph for a fan and the fan dropped him. Police called to hotel as a riot broke out.

Tbh I don't think you lot are far off winning the league.

Not sure how long... I think we should make a serious challenge for it next year. Would be happy to retain our CL place though. Liverpool will be wanting their place back and had they had Daglish from the start of last season we may well of missed out.

 

Myself and my old man decided not to bother renewing the season tickets for next season, decided to go hospitality instead. Theres not a big difference in price from a normal seat to corporate. Problem is though that you then also have to go in hospitality away... which costs a fortune. He said he would pay for the away games if need be.

Hoe does hospitality work Meaty, do you just select certain games.  A one off hosptitally game at Spurs is around £300, It's more a coporate thing, I've never heard of fans using it, 

Yep, you just choose any game... book in advance for the big ones. Theres different ones, you can get meals if you want but you have to pay up more. At Eastlands we're quite happy with the club bar. So it costs around £80 a game... that comes with seat on second tier halfway line, parking, programme. Not a bad offer really, away games are more expensive though.

 

I like the club bar as you can still go in wearing your club jersey, its no different to sitting in any other seat. Works differently at other clubs though, some have rules that you must wear a tie.

Range around 400-700 for an adult season ticket.... alot lower though if your between 18-21, child and over 65. Think its gone up slightly now though and they now offer more loyalty points if you cough up an extra £50... which I don't agree with.

I still maintain this season's best viewing experience was in the North Stand at Hannover. One stood, wore the dress of pne's choice, drinking excellent beer, smerkin' tabs, great atmosphere, no social control by deafening music or arsehole announcers, and all for 13€ no-one can beat that in the rip-off UK leagues.

Didn't they do something in one of the papers a couple of years ago and it worked out cheaper to fly from London to Milan to watch Inter than it was to go and watch a game in the Premier League in London.. I think it was either Spurs or Chelsea

Given the choice...... Obviously not Bournemouth or MKD. We do like our trips to The Posh since it only takes 90 mins on the train. Huddersfield is about the same! Though the Yorkshire in me plumps for Huddersfield ! If you have anything to say about the Championship you should do so!! I could do with some company!

I met a guy on holiday last summer who lived in Edinburgh but was a Inter Season ticket holder, Games worked  out about £9 in English money, Off peak  he could get a return flight for around £30.  The top seats in Italy are cheaper than the cheapest here, although this maybe for league football, and prices change for Champions League.

The game last night is an example of why I love the playoffs. End to end stuff, lots of goals, and then the drama of the penalty shootout.

 

There was the added bonus of seeing our youngling Danny Ward have a great game. Would like to see him given a chance by Coyle next season.

I came on a few times during the season but couldn't see any posts to do with the championship mostly it was all Man U/liverpool/chelsea so didn't bother posting about championship as figured no one was intrested so went to the football mad forums. Every team has its own forum there (except for some odd reason liverpool) but fans of other teams can post on oppersition boards

 

No need to worry about Bournemouth comming up they are out. Huddersfield winning penalty scored by a ex barnsley player, one of our homegrowns Antony Kay that scored the penalty that seeled our promotion in 05/06. Brought back memorys.  

 

I know this is technically talking about league one but its really about we comes up would be good to see huddersfield make it. After sheff utd's relegation it would also be good  for us to replace the derby.
