Hello all
I have finally stopped swearing after we dropped a two goal lead yesterday.
However I am about to watch the entire match on ATV online so I think the air will be turning blue again pretty soon.
Still, not as blue as the air around the son after Man U's performance!

hi Veggie lol - it was awful. In my local I caught the last 10 mins of it. What I thought was a bit sad was that, the pub had both the City and United match on, there was this City fan, who rather than watch his own team was turned around and watching the final minutes of the United match and gloated when the second one went in I suspect he's got himself into one or two scrapes in the past.
La Veggie in your post about ATV, I have just had such a smile to myself, I know it means Arsenal TV, but for a split second I thought ITV1 was giving us our regions back and ATV was returning, and with it "Star Soccer" - happy memories from my youth, Sunday lunch and "Star Soccer" on in the background, with the late, great Hugh Johns commentating.

That was only one city fan, usually there are about 20 so called yoonited fans in a pub who don't go to the games concentrating more on citys history than their own
I'm eating lots of neopolitan ice cream, so delicious.

Not an issue with me. You're all weird that side of the backbone. What with your 360 days of rain, webbed feet, Eccles cakes, and Jon Willie Puke Lees. I only trust that Molly one. She seems like a nice girl.
Robinho...

If its happened again, he can seriously now fuck off... the spoilt brat can go fuck off to Barcelona, Bellers has kicked his ass lately to get a starting place anyway

Was only a matter of time Meaty, but if he wants to go then City can pocket the cash and easily get someone else with the money you guys have anyway so everyones a winner.
Gordon Strachan says he has joined Middlesbrough in search of ''something different'' from his previous managerial experiences.
He can say that again.
He can say that again.

We don't need money, makes no sense to sell him. I could only see a player swap, most likely Yaya Toure
They'll probably offer you someone like Thierry Henry as he is rumoured to be leaving at the end of the season lol. Can't see them agreeing to give you one of their best players, maybe they will offer someone who they don't want anymore instead if it was to happen?.

Naa, their desperate to get hold of Robinho, we will probably make a ridiculous offer at first... Robbie for Messi, after that ask for different player.
No way would they even consider offering Messi to anyone even if they really wanted Robinho. Maybe City can ask for one of their defenders instead?.
Probably Dani Alves then, we're desperate for a RB... but we may be going all out for Maicon or Lahm in january.
Maicon was linked with us and refused to comment but said he was tempted, apparently for now sticking with Inter?. Maybe City will hijack lol?. Hughes seems to still have faith in Richards though.
Leicester still waiting on possible move to sign Edgar Davids...

thought they had a ban?
Wow

Im jelous But apparently the board are to announce something about extending COMS next week, would love something similar to that... and our owners certainly have the money, but the thing is why pay for something that we are getting for free? As our stadium is all paid by the council.
I like the sort of Kop style, atmosphere will be electric then at spurs.

Yeah they have, but it's just in case if they are successful in overturning it.
Wow that is exciting for everyone at Spurs, good luck to them.

PMSL Pinky, that reminds me of one of our old cats who absolutely adored/stalked my younger son. Son was laying on the sofa listening to an Arsenal match with Jakey puss asleep on his stomach. Arsenal scored, son leapt up screaming with joy, cat leapt as well and landed with all his legs straight, claws out with his fur like a bog brush - right on son's personal bits Jake never laid on Austin again when the footie was on!
Btw I remember ATV and their logo. It was like two interlocking eyes one above eachother wasn't it? It was on when I was a kid before Crossroads
The plans for the new Spurs ground look fantastic, and it is true that being closer to the pitch gives a better atmosphere, we aren't that far from the pitch at the Hawthorns and a lot of away fans say what a good atmosphere there is at our ground.
Shame the name has to be chosen by sponsors though, I'm not keen on this name changing of stadiums, but I suppose it's progress.

There's an excellent prog on five live at the mo until 10.30 about footballers getting abuse.
Really interesting. Robbie Savage is saying that if he plays and doesn't hear "Robbie Savage what a wanker" he feels gutted!!

It was indeed hun, happy memories of ATV. Even of Crossroads, the new version was nothing like the original.Cats just run in our house if we score, or just stay out of the way whilst the match is on!!

Morning Footyfans
wowza - the proposed new spurs grounds looks amazing! although I've always thought White Heart Lane is one of the best looking grounds on the inside anyway.
Fergies admitted the FA Charge of improper conduct, fair enought, I still think it was all a bit of ado about nothing though.
League Cup tonight....hope united play Fabio and Rafael..really exciting, attacking young players..really good on the ball..
