I'm not giving up hope he will stay , Fergie and United have really messed up on this. Us United fans clearly want him to stay but they obviously have other ideas .

like all football fans........supporters can recognise a player who is giving their all for the team......as in the case of tevez....they can also recognise a lazy shite whose there for the money(berbatov).....

but clubs don't listen to fans.....if they want shot of a player....they'll get rid.....regardless if he's the fans favourite......

True , Berbatov will have to come good next season if Tevez does go. Fergie has said he is trying which I do believe he is but he's trying to lower the price and is having problems with the third ownership business. Plus David Gill said that they would sort it out at the end of the season, but understanbly he wants to know what is happening.

of course we don't know the behind the scenes stuff......money wrangles etc......and can only comment on what we read.....

and that seems to be tevez continued dissapointment at being a 'bit part player'....

whether or not fergie was banking on ronaldo pushing off to release some money....and therefore accomadating tevez in the team may be a factor......but ronaldo seems like he wants to stay now

I don't always believe the stories the press come up anyways, so I am keeping the positive attitude. Ronaldo wants to stay because he has finally seen sense that going to Madrid would ruin his career, United are doing so good also the fans have always stuck by him, but he does annoy from time to time .

well fergie maybe the boss of the team.......but he doesn't control the finances.....that is left to the board/owners......and if they don't want to cough up.....fergie can't sign him......

and the knock on effect is....if fergie isn't playing tevez regularly......the owners will think twice about coughing up money to buy a player who figures infrequently.....

I hope they cough up the cash, the fans are making ourselves heard. That didn't stop them coughing up for the likes of Veron etc. Fergie has just had more insight into how much United fans adore Tevez .
