I know it is old news, but I think Didier Drogba should recieve a season long European Ban, Ballack and Lampard 12 games, and Chelsea as a club a massive fine for being unable to control their players.
Yes I know the ref was flippin terrible, and I know passions were running high, but, the way the players (esp those three) reacted was an utter disgrace, perhaps if Drogba, and Malouda hadn't been so keen on falling over rolling in agony when an opposition player looked at them, then maybe the descisions might've gone their way. It is not the first time Chelsea have been in trouble for failure to control their players, so it is time to meat out a punishment to stop it happening again.
I totally agree Cigs, it was an utter disgrace, and if the club are not only going to not punish them but then also to condone the behaviour and say that an apology should be the end of it then I think it is clear that uefa must act.
Interesting that Arsenal, who are repeatedly cited as having one of the worse discipline records, took immediate action to fine Bendtner for behavious off the pitch in his own private time as conduct unbecoming to an Arsenal player.

Hi everyone, not been in here since old forum, not much for me to get excited about today Villa losing not good ,but my hubby who is WBA supporter is convinced they will do the Great Escape again,he is impossible to be with this evening,on phone to all his Albion mates, please agree with me and tell me it cant happen again i couldnt cope with the weeks of cheesey grins again.
Despite saying all this which is half in jest,i would love them to do it,but cant cope with other half.

Hi Maggie , disappointment for Villa again today they really need to increase their squad for next season it's just too small. As for the Albion, I would love them to stay up I just can't see it happening .
You areright Darlo it was all looking so good a few months ago,not enough depth in the present squad,i get very nervous whenever one of the top managers jobs comes up,MOs name always seems to crop up and i fear we will loose him,and be back to just a very mediocre team, but hey i think he is enjoying building the team.
This Midland rivalry is fantastic isnt it,the rest of my family support the Blues and are impossible to be around at the moment, wait til the end of next season is what i say,

I love the Midlands derbies . Villa really need to get some good players in if they want to build on this season and push even more for a Champions League place next season. I'm just excited there will be Midlands derbies next season and that I hope both stay up .

Grrrrrr Villa were S***e I could have played better on my own
Hi Pengy,i have given up being angry this season, the extra revenue from being in Champions League, might have provided us with a few decent signings,we blew it,but still have every faith in Martin O.

Maggie
Maggie it's not that bad obviously the disappointment with the Champions League 4th place is there but you will finish fifth and sixth place and will be in the Europa League next season, so not all that bad but there needs to be more changes if Villa want to make the Champions League in the future.
