Probably, that Drogba and Anelka partnership is deadly. Both strong and fast... meanwhile Tevez and Ade are struggling, both of them want to make runs out wide which leaves no one in the centre and then we end up sending a cross into... nobody

Chelsea did have to soak up pressure for 20 minutes of the second half - and Cesc pulled off a very good save. Personally, i rate JT as highly as i rate Drogba, and think his overall contribution is just as important.

is Drogba the best player in the premiership ? the guy is absolute class up front and he's vital to Chelsea at the back when defending corners and free kicks.
I think he is yeah. Torres is a fantastic striker as well, but for actual all round play, Drogba is the best player in the Premier League by some distance I'd say.

Big game for us tomorrow night. We hold a 2-1 lead over Leeds United so only need a draw at home tomorrow night and we're at Wembley, but they are so due an away win, they havent won away since Old Trafford.

Just seen their squad arriving at their hotel. Might sneak into the kitchen and play with their food muhahahaaa

Well tonights game is shaping up to be fun, Cahill is obviously out, his replacement limped off against Fulham, and so that leaves the Shittu or Basham coming into the centre of defence. I just hope Gretski is fit to start at right back because Ricketts is useless at linking up with Lee down the right side.

Weiss obviously can't play, so Wilshere will probably get some playing time...

I know why now.  I can't use the name of a certain Championship team beginning with S, I'm sure that you all know the team and town I am on about.  It's not a swear word though, it's the name of a town in this country mods - honest.  Anyway going to see the above mentioned team tonight and hope that Cahill gets well soon.  Now, lets see if this goes through.

I was just agreeing with Joe about the Championship fixtures list.  Off to watch us play Scunthorpe tonight, kids for a quid so taking Aaron

Sad news about Cahill yesterday, he was very lucky though that the doctors found the clot and treated it so quickly.

Afternoon all, just got back in after trying for 20 minutes!

A full programme tomorrow. That's the good thing about the Championship. Lots of League Games. I'm going to watch us draw with Barnsley.
Agreed Joe, I'm off to (hopefully) see us beat Scunthorpe.  Kids for a quid, so I'm taking my nephew as Mr Pink may be working.

I'll either be on top of the world tonight, or I'll be suicidal after seeing my team choke their 2-1 lead at home

there is an upside, your boyfriend Jermaine might score a hat-trick.

I'm no chav. I stayed in my seat, I went mental yes and broke my finger (i've no idea how) during the celebrations, but I didn't go onto the pitch. I even seen 1 little scrote swinging a punch at Robert Snodgrass. I don't like Leeds, but there's no need for that.

What a game though. We played absolute dire, even in the first half, but what a game in terms of drama. Cannot believe we were 4-2 up on agg with 12 mins to go and then blew it. The goals we conceded, especially their first were absolutely laughable.

Pens though, Keogh's has just arrived at the moon..

If Pompey get wound up today, the Premier League table will change in an instant as all teams who have taken points from them will lose those points. So basically, the teams who weren't good enough to beat them on the day prosper from the situation as they would obviously not lose any points.

Chelsea would be five points clear at the top, Liverpool would move up to third, Citeh and Spurs would swap places, as would Fulham and Everton, and Burnley and Hull, Wolves climb out of the relegation zone, and the newly formed two place relegation zone would consist of West Ham in 19th and Bolton in 18th.

I can't really see that going down well...

I think it all lies in the "Fit and proper persons" sector Disley. Portsmouth, Notts County, Liverpool, and Man Utd come to mind. My dad is  getting on a bit and I tried to explain to him the other day how as a result of being bought by someone Man Utd were 0.75 gigapounds in debt. The idea that someone can buy an item but charge it to the seller/organisation (?) left him confused. TBH I don't really understand either.
