Piss poor performance, their win was probably more down to how crap we played... Hughes showing his poor managerial skills, we were 2-0 down and he takes the midfielder who actually did something tonight off the field...then takes our most skilled player off aswell I would say our aim is to finish between 8-10th place.

Sylvinho... I won't even bother.

It's always best to wait until after Christmas but even so are we seeing a change in Footie leadership. We can discount the North-East, Yorkshire, East Midlands, East Anglia, South Coast, and South-West.
The Bin Dippers, (Thanks for the expression MMAPP)  the largest constituency of eight clubs, appear to be a spent force since Man Utd are only just hanging in there, Liverpool and Everton are spent. Hughes is clueless and has been made to waste money on a load of rubbish. Burnley, Blackburn, Bolton Wigan!!
Meanwhile London and the West Midlands seem to be in the ascendancy. Let's see what it looks like in January.

belated comment on Norwich's exit from the Johnson's Paint Trophy at Southampton.  Many Norwich fans would disagree but I'm gutted about the defeat, especially after drawing at the last minute and then going on to loose in a penalty shootout - no surprises there!  Norwich's record in all cup competitions is utterly pathetic and embarrassing, so I should have been forewarned, but FFS, there's been f all to cheer about for so long as a Norwich fan.

About time too for the West Midlands, 6 teams in the area and years of underachieving.  At last it seems as if football here is on a upward turn, now all we have to do is keep Villa as a top 4 side, hopefully M O'N will buy in January as I think his chairman will provide money for him, Blues and Wolves to stay in the PL (even though I am not keen on both teams, they are Midland clubs), us and Cov to get promoted and Walsall to get promoted as well and the West Midlands would be up there with the rest providing good teams for the PL.  I also so want a Black Country Derby in the PL as well.
