I took Coventry to win at 2/1 seemed very generous. So 2-0 up at 1/2 time I thought that we would get at least 5. Luckily Southgate and the referee managed to stuff it up between them.

Hi IP, i've always rated Babel he's a good player but his confidence hasn't been there at the moment and he's been disappointing hopefully todays result will put that right and his goals. I agree about Voronin it hasn't worked out, Lucas is an awful player but Benitez really likes him, how the hell does he always get in the first team?. It sure is, Liverpool, United and Chelsea should all finish in top 4, think it will be a struggle for Arsenal though, Liverpool might not be the best team but they can seem to get the results if you know what I mean, think Arsenal got off to a good start but will start to struggle. It will be interesting to see United's progress.Think City will make a top 4 spot, Chelsea's threat will start to fade when CL starts to hot up, think it's going to be between Liverpool and United again...

Liverpool have the knack of coming from behind quite well, the only negative is that you haven't got the strength in depth that United or Chelsea have, they've got quality all over but Liverpool have some decent players but deadwood also to make the numbers up but when the team turn on the style it comes together. Arsenal will still be a threat but they're building for the future, City will be interesting think they have the ability to make top 4 but the usual names will be around there for sure.

Darlo, United haven't over all Quality any more, Of their current players I would say Vidic and Rooney are the only two world class players they have. Their Midfield is very poor at the minute, Giggs is setting everything up and at 35 I would say this is his last year. Liverpool at the moment have quite a few players that are better than their United counter parts, Reina, Johnston, Yossi, Gerrard, Torres and Mascherano compared to Foster, Vidic, Carrick, Giggs, Nani, Anderson,Rooney! United are really understrength this year, they need to improve severly to go for 4 in a row. You cannot bracket United and Chelsea in the same category.

IP I would still say we have a quality and talented squad, ok we've lost Ronaldo and Tevez who were class players and will be missed but the other players have to step up to the plate and that they have done, not the end of the world losing them it's in fact fired them up a team like United always copes, even Liverpool are getting there without Alonso now.

I loved Lee's goal today. The way he anticipated where the defence was going to move, and then the little dink over his head to give him an open goal to shoot into... That's just pure class.
