Hi Darlo, yes pleased to say she has made some progress, not sedated any more and will be moved from Critical Care hopefully Thursday if she carries on making the same progress.

Hi there LAF, go to manage then my settings then scroll down and you see two columns of boxes alert and e-mail, untick all the email boxes then at the bottom there is a sentence that says going on vacation, suspend all notification e-mails tick that box click on update settings and they should stop.

I'm not brill at it, but wot I do is
put the cursor/arrow at the begging of what I want to copy, then press the left mouse button, keep it pressed and then move it to the end of what I want to copy. It is all highlighted. then press post reply. the highlighted bits appear straight away in the box. then type my message underneath. hope that helps

Some of my Bavarian so n so's liking German friends text me everytime they are doing well. Their euros I suppose.

Thats nice, they are getting their form back and spent lots in improving the team to make up for the disappointment and they've gelled quickly as a team they've had to really.
