he has been charged with improper conduct for his goal celebration and violent conduct for his stamp on Van Persie...

I believe that is our Wohoo
I went to watch the Arsenal reserves last night and apart from the celebrations as we heard that Eduardo had his ban rescinded all the talk was of Adebayor.
I'm seriously worried what will happen when they play at the Emirates as there were some heated opinions going around. If Mark Hughes has any sense he will drop him for the game

Hi Mazzy He's gotta of known it was gonna happen. You can't get a yellow for taking ya shirt off to celebrate in front of your own fans and get the same for what he did..
Arsenal 1 City 0 .

Hi Darlo 2 at the very least
What a stupid thing to do though running half the way down to the pitch to celebrate in front of the away fans to get a reaction , then he says he did nothing wrong with the stamp also.

At the risk of getting into an argument with FM's, Adebayor deserves what he gets.
Afternoon all nail biting for me tonight as if we beat Donny Rovers we go top again, hope 'Boro do well as well and the British teams in the Champions League.
Taking my nephew tonight, kids for a quid so we usually win when he goes.

Lol , Berbatov could be charged for playing for Spurs .
Maybe Adebayor and Serena Williams should get together!!
Del Potro was brilliant last night and totally deserved to win the US Open.

I think Sparky should of removed him from the pitch after he did what he did..It's gonna be a heated game at the Emirates for sure. Shame the FA don't ban him against the Arsenal..

Good luck for you tonight Pinky It's really funny the superstitions that we fans have.
The first time I took my friends 2 year old to an Arsenal Ladies PL match we lost - for about the first time in 4 years.
She has acquired the nickname Jonah

Yeah but my opinion of MH is not great either tbh so I'm not surprised that he thinks the behaviour was ok.
The last thing we need here is crowd trouble when we are bidding to host the World Cup and knowing how much Blatter and Platini hate English football.
As I said earlier, I can live with the goal celebration, we all knew he would do that if scored regardless of whether he was getting abuse or not - but the stamp on RVP would get you arrested if you did it in the street so why should he be allowed to do it on a footie pitch?
Never mind the 'tackle' on Fabregas

I have been known to hide in the toilet during penalty shoot outs and taking penalties (Igor Balis at Bradford springs to mind!!)
Naughty RVP , I think City possibly hate Arsenal more than us right now .

hahaha I am almost OCD when I am watching or listening to a match.
I'm never as nervous or as weird when I am actually at a game though
Don't get me started on the fecking world cup
Ever since that scarey day in '66 when I spent a short time hiding behind the settee and my Dad injured his leg celebrating, I have been twice, twice mind you, to Germany. They have had it in daft countries like the USA and Japan, we get fobbed off with the fecking Olympics, and still we have to go cap in hand to beg for it.

Couldn't agree more Veggie...Doubt he'll get the Cantona treatment though.
Good luck to the Albion tonight .

I had a feeling he would win, He was so good against Nadal, hardly used up any energy,
Who would of thought Del Potro & Clijster's
winning the US Crowns, hopefully Nadal
will be back to full fitness next year.
I see he has returned to number 2 in the world again, over Murray.

You are well shot of him..
Kim Clijsters is back .
I admit I have a problem whenever an old player scores and celebrates in front of his old fans, but I can understand it, what I don't understand and can't condone is the fact that Adebayor had already stamped on RVP, which had annoyed the Arsenal fans, after spending all summer trying to get a move away, and then took it upon himself to run the whole length of the pitch to celebrate in front of Arsenal fans, yeah if he had scored in front of the Arsenal fans, but not to run the length of the pitch.
I can only imagine how pissed off I would have been if Steve Bull had scored in the Smethwick End and then ran to celebrate in front of the Brummie Road End, it was bad enough when he did do that in front of the BRE. He did that and David Kelly (a Baggies fan), pulled him away, but I can understand why Bull had done it, we had given him nothing but abuse and he had scored at the home end, Adebayor to run the length of the pitch, that I cannot understand.
