Early days yet , wouldn't mind Hamburg winning the league there or Leverkusen though but not Schalke or Bremen .

Morning hun
Have you got your tickets yet for the Carling Cup game? I'm taking my friends son, we'll be sitting in the lower tier right in the midst of the Gooners at the home end
He likes to join in the singing and chanting - not that a lot of the songs are suitable for a 9 year old
I'm taking him tomorrow to watch the babies up at Barnet too
On sale to members on Wednesday hun so hubby is going to the ticket office Wednesday morning, I'm taking my nephew to the Hawthorns on Tuesday night, we play Donny Rovers and it's kids for a quid.
Your friend's son shouldn't have too many worries listening to us, our chants aren't too bad really, some are a bit but on the whole I've heard worse!!
Ah ok, you'll have to let me know where you are. I would think (if they are segregating) that you will be in blocks 20-23 on the lower tier which is the away corner. The view is amazing from the upper tier but I'm not sure if you will be able to buy for there and they are usually more expensive. Our tickets for the game were a tenner for me and a fiver for my mates son.
I'm not worried about Baggies fans, we met some really lovely ones when your babies played our babies at Barnet last season. Such a shame you couldn't stay up.
Mind you, it can get a bit heated if you are sitting near the away end at the Emirates - plenty of banter! It will be pretty chilled for a Carling Cup game I would think - most Gooners I know like West Brom and we all had a lot of respect for Tony Mowbray
Fergie: "He was sent off because his name is Paul Scholes"
He really is a pillock.
He really is a pillock.
Lol Fergie likes to amuse people .
Meaty saw the trailer for FIFA 10, really impressed .

Tenner for us as well hun plus whatever they charge to go on the coach!!
It will be pretty chilled for us as well I imagine, as we can't really expect to win this one, but a lot of Baggies fans I know, like the way Arsenal play and appreciate good football.
Moin footie fans.
All looks well after the w/e.
The Top Right big three are all doing well.
Darlo still the strongest team in the known leagues.
Hamburg and St. Pauli top of their divisions.
It doesn't (and willn't) get much better than this.

Hi Perones
One never feels sorry for Hughes. Having been on the wrong side of his notorious cheating one ranks him alongside Rodrigo (sic) and Michael Owen.

Well done to Villa .
I'm really happy, went to watch my bro and some of his mates who I know to play in a local footie match and my bro scored, they won 6-0 and completely dominated the match so I was pleased .
Cheers darlo
Not a classic, but at least we won. That's five wins in a row against that lot now.

Hiya Joe, I noticed the North Easr trio won,
didn't you throw Arsenal in the bet.

Yes I did.
I really didn't think City were going to do much this year.

A win is a win, even better against your local rivals. Wanted the Villa to win and Gabby came up with a single piece of magic at the end .

Not the first time he's done that to them, either
He loves scoring against the Blues doesn't he . 3 wins on the trot now for Villa, Collins and Dunne impressed in their first match and Warnock.

Yup, that line-up looks promising. Collins (good Welsh lad) was excellent.
, they soon got stuck in and didn't take them long to get used to each others style of play either so Villa finally have eased some of the defensive problems they had.
With regards the Adebayor incidents, fair enough, ban him for the stamp, but I'm never going to agree with a ban for his celebration.
But then I'm not the type who'll abuse a player for 90 minutes and then react with righteous indignation when he gives a little back.
Interestingly, Van Persie did exactly the same thing in front of the Citeh fans when he scored, except they didn't start throwing whatever they could get a hold of at him.

Man City striker Emmanuel Adebayor does not believe he should be banned following his behaviour in the victory over former club Arsenal.
We'll see what the FA have to say about it .

Isn't this more to do with beating his team-mates in the publicity/money stakes?
Spurs' Harry Redknapp and Jermain Defoe have been named August's Manager and Player of the Month.
Player/Manager
Well deserved .

I was wondering who had won that, have they always given awards for August, as it's only half a month, We are nearly through Septmember's now.
Shame it wasn't announced on Saturday,
we could of blamed the defeat on the curse of winning manager of the month...
Hi there RZB , Arry still upbeat despite the defeat there is enough talent in your squad to push for at least top 6. From the moment United had a dominant spell in the first half, we was in control and Rooney killed the game off with the third goal but never mind, even trickier ties for both teams now with City and Chelsea next .

We never got going, United never stopped running, Loved Defoe's goal though, cheeky.
Rooney's goal just put us out of our misery,

...tell me about it,
Defoe's goal was quality , nothing the United defense or goalie could do to stop it.
I am bored so watching Neighbours , want it to hurry up already for Home and Away .

Rooney did the same last season... and went unpunished. It wasnt any different.
What against Liverpool?, if they didn't charge him not his fault, they could have reviewed the footage if there was a complaint.
He should have been booked for that if the ref saw it, not nice to watch but that was part of his aggressive style of play which he seems to have changed and became more calmer and focused on his overall play and technique .

If FA are going to hand out bans then they need to be consistent, not one rule for one and another for the rest.
5live reported that there have been complaints to the police that RVP was shouting **** off to fans when celebrating.

Totally , they need to be fair towards everyone and not show any bias.
So far, the following players are injured...
RSC, Kompany, Robinho, Tevez, Ireland.
Adebayor could miss the game...
Starting line up:
------------Given-----------
Richards Lescott Toure Bridge
--------De Jong-Barry-------
SWP ----- Ireland ----- Petrov
------------ Bellamy -------------
We're screwed

Oh... edited, Ireland has said he will be fit for this weekend
We need to bring on Weiss in the second half, he will make a huge impact and the bastards won't know what hit them
