Even my dad said that and he supports WBA .
I think the officials came on this thread at half-time.
First scholes and then rooneys offside decision. Harsh

Definetly and he won't change it for anyone a bit like Rooney really who seems to have curbed his aggression and temper and focused on his playing style.

They wouldn't be the same if they wasn't aggressive though, would they?
Its what makes them what they are......

In the past we would have folded
Totally you wouldn't be the same player if you changed your playing style, although you do have to be careful, as the saying goes you either like it or lump it .
Rooney!!! .
Nani is coming on .
Rooney a good asset, both to us and England
Chances then for us .
FFS
best team are gonna win
Well played UTD .... Spurs ... what can I say - back to earth with a bump & Chelsea away next week

Rooney should have passed that then .
Delighted with the win , quality goal by Defoe and Spurs had a decent spell in control but then we stepped up a gear and dominated from that point till the end, hard luck Spurs possee but what a start to the season for you .

yeah , yeah .... can't argue with the result or your Hansenesque punditry
Good game, good win bye all
Boing Boing all!!
Well that was a surprise, I think last season we would have lost that one, but we showed spirit and fought back and are top again at least til tomorrow - come on Cardiff!!
Will have to stay up and watch the Football League Show later and see what rubbish Steve Claridge comes up with about us!

Awwww, no don't compare me to Hansen, I fancy myself as a Jeff Stelling style of punditry though or Merse .
Hi PB , what a result for the Baggies , things looking up and players working more harder.
Looking forward to seeing the goals later .

Hi Darlo and Maggie
We would have lost that match last season, still unbeaten in league and cup this season so far and I'm very happy!!
Maggie, left a message on my wall on LC, to thank for you for yours and to say good luck for tomorrow, really hope you win.
I'm going to Bescot Market tomorrow if weather is good, but not til after the match!!

After one bad result , some people need to get a grip. Was there any Wenger out calls? .
Anyway congrats to City, hard luck to Arsenal but next week is the big one for both of us .

I won't be able to go anywhere after match cos will or lose,i will be feeling sick,it is the only fixture i can hardly bear to watch
PB i don't really know what i am doing on LC,i find things by accident, and can never find them again, but will give it a go when we move,i think someone should arrange a bit of a get together for the Midland forumers,it would be great fun to all meet up somewhere
Maggie
City v Arsenal repeat now on Football First.
Maggie , I do hope the Villa win and the game is entertaining .
PB have a good time at Bescot Market, I ain't been there for ages , bet they still sell lots of cheap and quality stuff though .

After all Wenger has done for the club, jeez some need to lighten up but the majority of the Arsenal fans stick by him anyway .

I get like that Maggie, last year when we played the Villa, I was actually sick with the nerves and when we got to Wembley those couple of times, well it was awful, it made me so sick!!
I'm not completely sure what I am doing yet, just post in a few places, I do go in the Ship but TBH, not that keen, the Topic threads are more fun, there's a guy called Topic who is letting his wall and stuff be used by us until all this gets over here, but a Midlands meet up sounds good to me, I'd be part of it!!
On SSN breaking news alert thing Robin Van Persie accuses Emmanuel Adebayor of a ''mindless and malicious'' stamp .

Bollocks to that, hes just bitter... it wasnt deliberate, Adebayor was in the air and couldnt control his landing.
