Big congrats to England Ladies reaching the final of Euro 09 yesterday. They will have to play either Germany or Norway - I assume it will be the Germans as I think they have won this tournament every time it has been played.

Kelly smith netted one. I miss seeing her in an Arsenal shirt. She is such a fabulous player

...I thought this place was supposed to vanish Ghost Ninja Confused

Morning Footyfans Smiler Veggie Smiler

yeah Veggie - well done England ladies Thumbs Up they don't get much coverage do they? i wasn't even aware they were in the semi's Frowner hope we don't get the Germans and it comes down to pens Eeker assuming the Fraulein's are as good as their male counterparts!

Well done England on Saturday...pmsl that was so not a penalty was it lol Blush are the press and the players kidding themselves? we looked shakey to me! especially at the back..and I'm sorry it's an age old argument..but we deffo don't get the most out of Gerrard in that formation Mad I can't remember, but wasn't it a Barry/Lampard combination that looked good last time? I think Gerrard was injured at the time?....stick with one Fabio!! although I'd prefer a Barry/Gerrard combo personally!

Bury got beat again

2 late'ish goals, I think they are still
struggling to come to terms with not going up on the final day of last season, it carried over into the play offs, and now this season,

Bury & Darlington the teams I look out for in Div 2 , (although I call it Div 4) both struggling. plus no team at the bottom has point deducted this season, makes a change.

Morning all, Graeme Dorrans called up to the Scottish squad.

Veggie Hug thanks for the info about England Ladies, well done us!!! Let's hope we can show the men how it's done.

Chris Brunt to be assessed by NI after knee injury on Saturday, great that's all we need.

Lewis Nyatanga doubtful for Wales on Wednesday due to having mumps, that can be bad for men can't it??

My husband very pleased as his speedway team Wolverhampton Wolves have made the Elite League play offs!! - no I don't understand it either. but it is exciting to watch!!

Good news for me as my favourite Baggie player Neil Clement is now into running training after not playing for the whole of last season with a serious knee injury, in his 10th season at the Baggies now, hoping for a testimonial for him at the end of the season, will be good to see Clem back in the Baggies squad.

Hoping to get our tickets for the Carling Cup match next week, looking forward to that!! and got my tickets for the Green Army on Saturday, wonder how many of them will be doing that the same as the Aviva advert!!
